It is sad how his dad spent more time with mufasa if he did i think taka/scar would be nicer to mufasa.

when Uru died, what remained of Taka died along with her and was replaced by Scar. beautiful tribute. i'll be looking forward to the next one.

In the episode of the lion king guard in the show scar was The Lion Guard he broken the rules and betrayed his powers his dad disowned him because he wasn't keeping everyone safe he used his power turned on them to used his power against his families killing everyone in his path he lost his power forever. now his nephew as the power of the power his uncle used to have he was a kid. the king now his daughter is going to be a queen she going to rules all the land she have to find a husband. she doesn't have any power the king giving his daughter to rule all the land she doesn't feel lift out.

I can't believe his father didn't give him attention but his brother even though his mother was there for him it's very sweet that his mother loves him no matter what she will never leave by his side

It Really is such a shame That Scar was named so horribly I can only imagine it was Ahadi's doing rather than Ahadi and Uru picking a name together for him. As Taka in Swahili really means Trash or Dirt, which means that even at birth he was already thought of as the rejected prince to Ahadi. While Uru loved her Son I feel she was forced to name him this way by her powerful king. While obviously Mufasa was chosen at birth to be Ahadi's successor, being named "king" after all. Ahadi's name means Promise (which is actually a more feminine name in Swahili !) , while Uru's meaning is Diamond

Fan theories and stories I've seen literally showed he picked mufasa based on the fact he looked more like a pride lander than an outlander like himself. He viewed outlanders as trash, so he did that and anytime Taka (Scar) would even remotely play with Mufasa their father would strike him. Not to mention scar had actually loved Sarabi but Mufasa being just as much as a jerk showed off to Sarabi so his brother couldn't have her and well Simba was made. Literally scars life was fucked from the beginning, the only thing he had was Zira, who literally loved him before he even went evil, she became evil because she felt he was betrayed. Let alone she believed Simba to have murdered him but it was the hyenas. I really wish scar could have gotten a happier life and ending.

Actually despite popular belief, they named scar taka, because it means obediant, or *want*. Just because it means something in another language doesn't mean they named him that they wanted him to be called that. Ahadi really did love scar when he was born, although that doesn't blind the fact he didn't give scar the attention he deserved, although I don't think Ahadi was doing it purposely. Plus, if they thought taka meant trash or dirt, Uru would never name him that under any circumstances.

That's true, when Ahadi hurt Scar him and Uru was here for him, so don't blame Mufasa cause he was nice with him the only lion to blame is Ahadi.

I love this Uru and Taka had such a family relationship. Taka was closer to Uru his mother than anyone else Plus Uru stood up for him when Ahadi had made a scar on his face! She was fighting her mate for Taka when you can’t to anything about it she is so sweet,kind,gentle,loving Loiness! Now I know why Scar is ‘Evil’ in movies ( HE WAS NEVER EVIL ) because he had such a sad, life which made it hard for him especially when his mother died he was heart broken plus from that minute his mother died he just couldn’t stand it and Evil just came inside him because of that I would be more then heart broken like he was when his mother died, and when he father made a scar on him.

So he was actually bitten by a venomous snake when he was the leader of his lion guard which made him not know the difference between good and bad , And of course, he was hurt that's the only true parent and his mom was also kinda more of a sibling to him so he was really depressed and mad-sad, etc that he killed his father so ya I hope I answered your questions

Honestly if this really is how he grew up I can see why he turned into an asshole, his dad literally ignored him and put Mufasa over him all the time just because he thought it was air to the throne doesn’t mean that their father had to ignore scar, I forget what his name was before it was scar, but his father literally could’ve spent time with him he didn’t have to ignore him I think that was what caused feelings of resentment and feelings of anger inside scar
