he was actually in a french version of Top chef but it was more like "patisserie" edition and, well, he didnt even get to the finals. He was good but at that time, he wasn't to THAT level. He really worked hard to get there which is why I admire him even more !

I wait for each of these videos to come out. I stand amazed every time. There hasn't been a single creation you've made that hasn't astonished me. Such amazing work. The title Chocolatier doesn't do you justice. A World Master/ Artist Chocolatier. It does break my heart and is exciting at the same time when you cut your masterpieces. (And makes me want a piece of chocolate too)
