Yes you are right...iam in South Korea..but eg...no kid is allowed to go to any English school before the age of five years...meaning they must learn their mother language first,.their cultre...that's their law...naye ffe tukopye ebyebweru...netusulila ddala culture yaffe...thts why our country is running so weird...empisa zero...abantu kwevuma....confusion everywhere

The major problem is as students, Ugandans lack exposure right from the start of education, the schools we go to mukwano many are for just and then as govt institutions they should focus very much On the outcome from the students' research at the international level
