Probably not because of the way one for all works. It gets weaker for the predecessor if it’s passed down. Hence why all light was weaker once he passed one for all down to Deku.

Off topic here. In my opinion, what Izuku lacks to have a normal life (and a happy childhood) isn't an amazing quirk, but a good dad. A wholesome, caring, understanding father. Yeah, i know, some will say that All Might is a father figure to Izuku, but why can't he have a normal biological father? How much we know about Izuku's father again? His name is Hisashi Midoriya, his quirk allows him to breathe fire from his mouth, he is working abroad. Well, anything else? NOPE, nothing. Honestly, i expect a plot twist from Horikoshi-sensei because if Hisashi is indeed a normal abroad office worker, then seriously, this guy isn't a good father and husband. His family went through a lot of drama when Izuku was diagnosed as quirkless, yet where was he? His son has been in dangerous situation several times and now fighting for the world's sake, where is he? I'm not saying that he has to pop up out of the blue and join the war with Izuku, but at least, he should come to his wife's side and comfort her when she needs him the most. If i can revise an aspect of MHA, i would like to give Izuku the best father one can wish for. Imagining Byakuya Ishigami from Dr.Stone for example, lol. Hisashi Midoriya doesn't have to be some sort of an overpowered quirk user, a super genius scientist, an insanely rich billionaire, etc. He just needs to be a guy who will be there when his family needs him the most. Like, can you imagine how much Izuku's childhood would have changed if a father like that had been there for him? That is the scenario i would like to see The Amagi talking about. What if Hisashi Midoriya was a family man?

First, tbf we only get like 3 glimpses into Izukus childhood. 2 were at school, where Hisashi wouldn't be present, and one at the doctors, where only one present is necessary. Oh and he computer scene, but that's set on the same day as the doctor scene Finally, you have to understand the culture of Japan. In Japan, its very common for fathers to be gone for long periods of time, due to the work culture of Japan. This is why a lot of Japanese games will have the protag have an absent father. Think the pokemon games. The only father who is present is gen 3's Norman, who spends all of his time at the gym anyway
