Though the feeling sucks, it makes me feel better that someone else feels the anxiety of just living life (thanks Meg for being open about these things!). Routine is so important to me, but I seem to always break it right as I'm on a roll.

To get a perfect pasta al pesto don't use butter. Add to the pesto a spoon or two of the water you cooked the pasta in. It will be more moist. Mind my word, I'm Italian and I'm 95% made of pasta😂
