The LEGENDARY Troy Aikman - How he stays on TOP of his GAME

This interview was not what I expected it to be. Not at all!
I thought about it for days afterwards… constantly.
Troy Aikman is a man of tremendous depth, drive and vulnerability.
I knew I was going to chat it up with one of the greatest quarterbacks to ever play and one of the best broadcasters of all time… But I had no idea how impressed and moved I would be.
Troy Aikman’s story of how he became a 3-time Super Bowl champion for the Dallas Cowboys and a member of the Hall of Fame, is an inspiring testament to his unparalleled work ethic. But his impact extends far beyond the football field. As a Fox Sports and Monday Night Football analyst, as well as a successful entrepreneur with his own beer brand, Troy brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table.
He works so damn hard on himself to this day. His physical, emotional and spiritual well being is something he hungers to constantly improve.
We get deep at certain points in the conversation. Particularly about childhood and it’s impact on the rest of our lives.
During our discussion Troy shares invaluable insights on leadership, teamwork, and personal growth.
We really get into:
His daily routines and meditation
The essential qualities that make coaches truly great and the trait players seek in their mentors.
Overcoming criticism and adversity to rise to greatness.
Sustaining the hunger for greatness even after achieving monumental victories.
Exploring the power of cold plunges, red light therapy, meditation, and breath work.
Creating a harmonious home life and fostering meaningful family experiences.
AND you’ll get exclusive insights into a pivotal moment in Troy’s broadcasting career, when he was faced with a life-or-death situation on the field. This gripping story will leave you in awe of his resilience and the depth of his perspective.
Get ready for a high-impact episode that will elevate your understanding of leadership, excellence, and the pursuit of greatness.

As a Cowboys fan Troy Aikman was my first childhood hero and unlike many athletes who are boneheads off the field, he shows he is worthy of being a role model, not because he played a game at a high level but the person he is- the growth, vulnerability and self awareness in this interview is amazing to watch. Thanks for putting this together Ed
