From an American - India, you guys had such a fantastic showing in the candidates. Congratulations!
Koneru Humpy is a legend..her longevity in Indian chess world has been so inspirational ❤
She’s been carrying our country’s flag high for so long and continues to do so! In the excitement of this new generation, she’s not gotten the appreciation she deserves. Congratulations on the result, akka!
I really love how she conducts herself. Such clarity and firm thoughts. Very inspiring
Thank you for this❤ I was waiting for her interview, she is an absolute legend inspiring lots of girls in India to play chess and even at this age she is still brilliant She is quite underappreciated, even after getting a silver medal. I hope India will do even better in women's chess in future
One thing i liked about all indian chess candidates was that if u see before tournament and during tournament they were all focused and olaying it as an individual event which us absolute necessity bcoz there is chance of having bias against own countrymen and thus not being able to convert against them but everyone was playing for themselves which helped everyone to perform better but at the end of the tournament everyone was happywith each others success and thats what the spirit of game is ❤❤❤
What a comeback by Koneru Humpy, From being at bottom of the table to 2nd place🌟 This is really phenomenal🧡She definitely has potential to become future Women world champion🧡🏹
Hearty congratulations to Gukesh..And special thanks to Sagar Shah for bringing all broadcast and supporting chess in India..
Lady personified... briliant yet humble
Amazing come back! Women’s chess needs more love! There was 20x more Twitch streams viewed on the Mens side.
I like her humble demeanor. Talented for sure. Not aggressive in nature yet winning games in the battle of chess.
Congratulations to her for coming 2nd. 🌷 She and Gukesh 👑 both are Telugu people , proud of them. 😊✌️Hope she can win more in future. It sounds like Hampy ‘s focus is on balancing family ( kids) and professional life more than anything else . She is married into a business family so money is not a factor I think.

Women like to be financially independent even if they're in a rich family

@@GeethaSindhuriBarabari Have you watched her interview?! She says money is NOT her priority. Woke women are a different category. She wants to be a housewife and mother too apart from being chess player. Great choice .

Proud of our entire team. Big kudos to the whole team.
All of us know how hectic a mothers life is because we have seen our mothers work hard for us, and Koneru Humpy finishing second right after entering this new and challenging stage of life is even more impressive! An absolute legend and inspiration for many, my respect for her keeps growing 🫡
Was waiting for this eagerly. Took too much time. Nevertheless, thanks Sagar Shah!
I really hope whatever that personal problems were hope she recovers from it completely. Best of luck to her in her personal life.
Congratulations Humpy 🙌

You can find out about upcoming chess tournaments from google. Please try that.
Really sad to know that humpy had to do part time job at ongc to get only a bit of sponsorship as nobody was ready to sponser Indian no.1 women chess player!😢💔
Can anyone clear my doubt. 3 Women players are 7.5 and 3 Men’s players are 8.5 points how 2nd and 3rd place decided

Same question. I am more confused because Vaishali won more matches so it makes no sense if she is at the 4th position with same points. It's my first time following a chess tournament so I don't know much about it.
Why does the hide her second? It ain’t like she won and wishes to train with the second for the women’s world champion match.
She is ALWAYS #2. Fate has played a cruel game on her.

She so deserves a world title. She was terruble in the first half that cost her the 1st place
