this worked for me: From compartment, remove right earphone. tap the right earphone 3 times to clear pairing information. then put it back to the case. close the case. remove the earphones from the case. it should be paired now

Para a resincronização dos dois lados do fone, temos duas opções, entretanto primeiro desligue qualquer bluetooth onde os mesmos estão conectados. Em seguida: 1 = Retire os fones de ouvido da case, em seguida ao mesmo tempo, clique 5x na área de touchscreen do fone, se conseguiu seguir este passo, os dois fones ficaram com as luzes acessas, portanto coloque os fones de volta na case e feche, em seguida abra, se um dos lados ficar piscando e outro apagar FUNCIONOU, se os dois lados ficarem piscando ao mesmo tempo então não deu certo. 2 = Se o passo número 1 não funcionar, faça o seguinte, retire os fones da case (Lembrando que os fones não podem está conectados há nenhum dispositivo), em seguida pegue um dos fones e clique 3x no touchscreen assim este desligará, faça o mesmo no outro fone, depois coloque de volta na case e feche. Agora abra novamente a case, e se piscar só um lado e outro apagar FUNCIONOU, se os dois continuarem a piscar ao mesmo tempo NÃO DEU CERTO.

Guys, I have same one but when i put the both speakers or one of them inside the case and close the lid, the light of speakers still work statical not as flicker, why that happened? and how i can solve it because that may reduce the case battery level with time. My bro has same one and they turn off immediately when putting in the case and close the lid but when he put my speakers kit in his case, the light of them still work as previously. I did reset for speakers but that not work.

My right earpiece had exactly the same symptoms as yours, which didn't light at all and didn't work with the touch. I thought it's because there's low battery, so I fully charged it yesterday and didn't touch it for one day. Today the right earpiece lit up. After that, I reset it as it was on KZread and now it worked properly. But I am still afraid it doesn't work again.

the light on my case doesn't turn on for some reason, my right ear bud also doesn't turn on and when i charge that light doesn't turn on either

Nothing was working for me, I took the headphones (out of the box) and pressed the panel 5 times at the same time on both, until the light stopped flashing and immediately turned off. Then he turned on the headphones leaving. My fingers pressed on the panel and I immediately knew they synchronized. (this was written by the translator, I don't speak English)

mine is flickering on right but its not hearing anything on the flickering side

Same problem with my lenovo earbuds. The right bud doesnt work and only pair with left bud. I tried to restart it using the 5 times tap but still doesnt work. So, i accidentally tried to take outside the right bud (the one that isnt working) and left the working bud inside the case and closed it. I tried to restart the right bud and put it back at the case and close it. Then i also tried to restart both earbuds (5 taps) then put it back again and it works.

Left seems to be off. Long press the left for like 2-3 seconds to turn on.

Mine is left side the sound got cut and cut but the mode music is okay

that not a pairing problem, but a battery problem, change battery to turn it on

1. Unpair your phone and reboot or restart it 2. Put both earbuds back into the case close it then open it again to restart them 3. Wait until earbuds starts blinking 4. Then pair it again with your phone

you have to pair the headphones to each other first, before pairing it to phone. 1. make sure it's not connected to phone. make sure that phone deletes the pairing profile of the headphones. 2. hold the one that's off, for 3 seconds and it will turn on again 3. wait for it to pair up with the other one. lights will both turn on. then lights will turn off. 4. connect to phone.

@@KYO_999 are you following the instructions correctly? don't try to connect to phone too quickly. it inteferes with the pairing. the pairing is done after the lights for both go out. wait a few seconds after they go oit to connect to phone

@@666Bovver666 open the case. dont take it of the 2 earphone. just long press the right piece 1st when its blinks very slowly press the left side too. then they blink at the same time very slowly. thats the indicator that they paired again to each other again.
