I love how single people are included in your series! So very often meal planning content is directed at families. Single people have different challenges when it comes to meals. I’m a single mom so sometimes I’m cooking for 2, sometimes it’s just me. Kendra, thank you for guidelines that can be scaled up or down!

this series has been so much fun, I don't want it to end! Also, Terrance is so sweet, he might have fewer days to cook for himself because we'll all be inviting him over for dinner, lol.

I feel you on the edamame. I once ordered what I thought was 6 limes, that turned out to be 6 pounds of limes. It happens with grocery pickup 🤷🏻‍♀️.

Lol. I had it happen with bananas. I thought I was ordering six bananas. It seemed like every bag I unloaded had another bunch of bananas. I got six bunches. That was a lot of bananas!

Waiting for my copy of the book, and working my way through this series (excited). I am an admin health care worker who cooks for my picky husband, and my differently picky 91 year old father in law, who has dietary restrictions due to meds. I am tired of cooking 3 meals after long pandemic days, and I can use all the help I can get.

I love this idea. I have a ton of spices and condiments because can never find ones I love but I could make my own spice mix recipes and go to sauce how I like.

If you want to be the kind of person who eats salad, buy a salad kit. All the fixins are included, so you just open, dump, mix. Boom! You're eating salad! You're welcome 😁

So much, that I will randomly remember -- oh I bet another one of her videos us up! Let's go look! This should be an ongoing show. I catch myself smiling or laughing out loud along with your guests and Im learning something! PS - how do I find out what the opening music is?

I was once told that freezing cooked rice was asking for food poisoning. Is that not a thing? Have I been making things harder for myself for NO GOOD REASON?!

You can absolutely freeze cooked rice! I would suggest spreading it onto a baking tray or dish to cool it quickly, then package it up in ziplock bags or other freezer safe containers in whatever is a good “portion size” for your household. Defrost it in the fridge when you’re ready to use and reheat in the microwave in a covered dish with a small amount of water added.
