The Lawrence Brothers in my opinion are totally underrated, underestimated, & vastly underappreciated as performers; & further, get little to no recognition for having the stamina & stability for being in the business as long as they have, starting out as the young entertainer's paving the way for multiple others to have the ideal & example of how to do it correctly in this relentless hardcore Industry, in an era where there were no cameras, podcasts, or social media effects. No, this is pure talent!🎉👍🙏 & Thank God they had the wisdom of parents & loving family holding them together through thick & thin with good morals and character! I Love These Guys❤❤❤

Matt - I'm 41 and having the same issues. When I turned 40 is when stuff shifted for me, and now every ache/pain, I'm documenting on my calendar, making doctor's appointments, preparing for the worst lol. Hang in there, and I hope you get some answers!

He's not wrong about the carnivore diet helping with feeling better. I'm Matt's age and I started eating just meat Jan 1st and I feel so much better. My aches and pains have reduced significantly and I've lost a good bit of weight in the process. This way of eating is meant to be a healing process and I've noticed a lot of things that were an issue before have improved just 3.5 months in.

Andy and the brothers have such amazing voices😢❤ Gave me throwback memories and seeing joey so proud of you is so nice

Btw people’s veins look blue or purple when they have cool skin tones . Veins look greenish when you have a warm skin tone. In case anyone wanted to know 😂 this podcast is hilariously random. I love it. God bless everyone !

Matt, I have had similar health problems, and have done tons of research, and you are definitely on the right path. Carbs are killing us. My husband had pre-diabetes and high cholesterol, and fixed both with the Keto diet. I am doing better with the carnivore, and hope you share your journey with us! Also, Joe, acid reflux and heart burn problems are caused from Not enough acid in our stomach, and I had an amazing natural doctor who said fix that, drink apple cider vinegar, and it has worked for my husband and myself, and is definitely worth looking into.
