How about not just testing for gliadin? Why not test inflammatory response to ALL GRAIN PROTEINS and how do you test serotology if IgA and IgG is deficient due to internal digestive damage? For me, I'm reactive to ALL GRAINS.

9 years ago I must have had IgA deficiency as my TtG IgA results were 12.1 it looks to me like I should have been tested that long ago for Celiac Disease because the doc at that time thought I may have autoimmune disease and the lab call ARUP states that anything over 10 is considered positive in those with IgA deficiency. ...sheesh!

Wisconins, USA - Is there a form of glucose that doesn't contain a corn glucose derivative and if so, what is it called? I don't do well with anesthesia if the IV contains a deriviative of corn glucose because of the protein in it called Zein.
