Yune seems very cute and helpful, this definitely makes me excited for his route! Ulrick and Yune's banter was kind of amazing too.

Same! I was already super curious about him and his route, and now after interacting with him, I'm definitely looking forward to his route. And yes, his and Ulrik's banter was amazing. I wonder if Yune's had anyone sass him like Ulrik in a long time? :P

Well this ending is better than the first for plot wise and I am glad Yune is the one who manage the situation. Than the Hounds (although working with Sach was fun.) And this new character Evan I agree your theory and I have a feeling he is involved or he is the one who killed Cyrus's parent's I knew it! That Yune has some childishly traits. Yep is up my alley I wonder what romance it look like on his route.

I agree. While working with Sachs was very enjoyable, I think overall this ending was better with having Yune oversee the situation. And glad you're onboard with my Evans theory. I'm super sus of him atm. -_- And you were 100% correct about Yune being very childlike. So curious to see how romance will work with him too!

27:04 - Dig the way ya delivered that line, wid (PHILLY-Speak) the sadness n reluctance tainting it. It worked perfectly. The music during that whole scene really set the mood… My compliments to the devs on that. The thing ya said about bein surprised that Yune remembered Elt-it seems to make sense to me: he’s apparently both the ruler n some sort o’…demigod? Would that be the right term? So it seems to me he’d probably remember everyone for both them bein loyal to him n also since he’s apparently super-powered. I liked how this ended, wid the HOUNDS bein reformed n everyone at peace. I just wish it had ended better for poor Fin…

Thank you! Glad those feelings came across in that line. ^^ The music's really well done in this game. They really nailed it so far. What you say about Yune is true. I think I'm more surprised because Elt was only 12/13 when he came to the Heights and I imagined looked quite a bit different than he does now. This should be the first time Yune's met him as an adult, so I was a little surprised. And I definitely agree with you. The only thing I didn't like about this end is what happened to Fin. Otherwise I think I may like this more than the best end.

That's what I call a proper ending! So surprising that we see all the details of Eltcreed's childhood in good end but not in the best end. Usually the best ending shows more of the character's backstory but not here, it seems strange to me. And this hot bed scene, o-oh... Also I thought about Eltcreed's mother. I don't think there are a lot of people there for genetic diversity. There is no doubt that in Heights they indicate who to marry in order to avoid incest. Soooo I'm a little worried now..... Also also Ulrik is the BEST tsundere dog-boi!

I was blown away by how much backstory we got of Elt in the good ending. Like you said, that's more typical in best endings. Interesting thought about incest. My thought process actually goes the other way since the Heights has a population limit unlike the Depths. So I would think there would be more people in the Depths than the Heights so better chance of diversity. But maybe not? And big agree; Ulrik is absolutely best tsundere dog-boi. xD

That... That was a lot more than I was expecting It's lucky that I had the day off today so I could watch this! But Yune seems so good??? And I really like this ending more than the other one??? As you said, the only thing that sucks is the Finn thing but besides that its a better alternative I think, Liberalitas seems better off, Cyrus and Eltcreed seem more romantic, and Yune is helping the Sanctuary District I'll just pretend the Finn thing didn't happen and say this is the best ending :D

You and me both! I couldn't believe how much more story there was involved with this ending! :O And yes, Yune definitely seems really good. And you also liked this end more? Huh, guess we all have great taste here. xD I think I'll join you in pretending the Fin thing didn't happen. ;)

I wasn't going to comment yet, until I go back through all of these and redo them a 2nd time. Since I don't know this game it's new to me but this should have been the absolute best ending. Jeeessshh!!! I mean I love the best ending, maybe a mix of the 2 endings would have been perfect. I don't know I'm conflicted maybe I'll figure it out more after I go through it again lol. Probably shouldn't try to figure things out when I've had no sleep lol God, I love Eltcreed!!! He's def on my favorites list of men I truly love. However, I'm just so mentally stunned. I have so many more questions now!!!

I pity Finn a lot more, you can see how life fucked him up so bad. When he mentioned that he had PTSD from his first murder that gave me more insight to his character. He went from being a sweet cinnamon bun who would vomit at the sight of a corpse to a heartless killer. That scene showed there's still a little bit of his past self left. Cyrus saying "Wait for me Finn, you are my light in darkness" in the beginning forced him to harden his heart, his goal was her. Being killed by her is a fitting ending. The darkness is the insanity he became.

Maybe the endings are ranked after Fin Suffering. Fin is killed? Best ending. Fin died on his wishes, being sent away by the woman he loves and respects? Good ending. Fin survives? Bad ending. Fin lives happily? Worst ending. Fin ends up living happily with Cyrus? It's such a bad ending that you have to PAY to see it. XD On a different note, I definately found myself liking Yune a lot. Who knows how it will go when we see more of him, but so far, something about his authority but also good personality without looking immature or too naive, I like. The thing with Cyrus' main story, finding her parents' murderer and redeeming herself, seems to take a backseat, which sort of remind me of Detective Mysteria, haha. Hopefully they are not sequel baiting it here. :P

lololol I *love* your Fin theory with affecting the endings and definitely subscribe to it. ;D Ngl, this end definitely put Yune into a very positive light for me. I had been suspicious of him up to this point, but those suspicions have definitely been shifted over to Warner Evans instead. Like you said, we'll have to wait and see more of him, but so far I quite like him. :) And yes, let's pray we're not getting sequel baited yet again with the whole parents murder thing. :P

Not Fin's death moans HAHA 💀💀💀 Ok besides Cyrus killing Fin in cold blood (that was BRUTAL), I totally liked this ending more than the best ending?? Which is whack considering how low our affection was. I think it's a much better resolution for us to ally with Yune, rather than the HOUNDS, since Yune seems to be the ultimate power in this world (and is, shockingly, incredibly chill?? I love that kid). Also, I think I'm gonna have to write down Elt's guide for kiss placements. I'd love to have that knowledge and just whip it out when I need it. xD Also, Elt's story about his dad's visit to the Heights nearly made me tear up. That was so so sad, the man was so hopeful. :'(

lol omg Fiin's death moans slayed me. x_x But yes despite Fin's death, I really liked this too. Like you said, it's so crazy considering how low the affection was between them. I really wasn't expecting any of that but I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was great getting to know Yune a little here and see how awesome he is and we met a potential other antagonist as well for me to be suspicious about. The Depths should be getting more help now with Yune looking into things too. So all in all, things look really good! And it's funny; I was just thinking the other day that I should make notes of Elt's kiss placements. Definitely useful knowledge to have. ;) And yes, Elt's story about his dad was very moving. I felt so bad for him. I'm glad that at least Yune was lovely towards him. And I loved learning that Elt's mom had been from the Heights originally. Seemed like a nice connection with regards to Cyrus.

Now Miss Molly I watch most of your vids on my dinner break at work. A break that is only an hour long.. You can't be doing these long videos here.. But no matter I will finish it later. For now I leave you with a question: is that line about a good deed tied to Ulric perhaps? Edit: And now I have finished it.. I gotta say, I like this ending better, their relationship had a much clearer progression. And it some weird twisted way her killing Fin is actually better than him dying for her. Her killing him allows him to see that she cares, as she followed his wishes.. Does that make sense at all? Or am I too much of a sacrificing romantic?

I is sowwy. > Real glad I'm not alone in overall liking this ending more than the "best" one. I too felt the relationship had a clearer progression. And you also make a lot of sense with Fin. I can definitely see your point. I always want to believe that it's better to give that person a chance to find happiness rather than take their life and end all hope of that. But I do see your point about her showing she cares for him by honoring his wishes too.

I'm with everyone else, I like this version better. It seems a better ending for Elt himself and the district.

This one is so much better than the "best" ending!

That's what the walkthrough I used said. Apparently MAX affection with the guy = best ending. Everything else is less than ideal. But I'm glad I'm not alone in liking this ending more. I mean, maybe Elt didn't have to go on quite as big of a soul searching journey with this end, but things worked out really well and I'd argue that conditions will probably be better in the Depths now with Yune taking an active role.

I wish they could’ve added the fact that who killed her parents, at least in good ending or why her marriage was canceled so suddenly on the day before their death. My goodness😅 These wired endings😂

Those will probably be answers that we won't get until either later routes or the grand ending. Gotta keep some mysteries unanswered to get us to play to the end after all. ;)

Eventually, maybe. Each route seems to show different facets, giving us new questions, vs the answers it gives you might not even know're questions for yet. xD
