I've been riding this Honda NC750X for almost four years, and it's been a great journey. I've put over 61,000 kilometres on this bike, and it's taken me through some of the most beautiful roads in the country.
This bike has been reliable, comfortable and has proven to be a great companion on every adventure. It never failed me, but its time to move on, and I'm ready for a new stage. A new bike, more suitable for my needs.
This may be the end of this chapter, but it's the start of a new one. It's time to say goodbye to the old and hello to the new.
I'm looking forward to see where the next bike will take me.

For the past four years, my Honda NC750X has been more than just a motorcycle, it's been a trusty companion on my adventures. With over 61,000 kilometers under its wheels, we've seen some of the most breathtaking landscapes and experienced some of the most unforgettable moments together.
This bike has never let me down, it's been reliable, comfortable and has handled all the challenges I've thrown its way.
From long trips on the highway to twisty mountain roads, it's been the perfect partner for my motorcycling needs.
But as much as I've loved my Honda NC750X, I've come to realize that it's time to move on to a new era. I've outgrown this bike, and I'm ready for new challenges and new experiences. It's time for me to trade in the old for the new, and embrace the excitement of a new journey on a different bike.
It's been a privilege to have ridden such a fantastic motorcycle, and I'm grateful for all the experiences it's given me. I'm excited for the next chapter in my motorcycling journey, and I can't wait to see where my new bike will take me. Thank you, Honda NC750X, for being such a reliable and enjoyable motorcycle to ride.

I've spent a lot of time researching and considering my options. I knew that my next bike had to be capable of handling off-road terrain.

I remember this feeling 😢 it was hard for me to sell it after 6 years, with 70.000km and 35 countries traveled on it. It was very emotional but it was time for a Tenere 700 for me. Still I think to get a NC some day again as a daily commuter with DCT for sure. I know the bike you will get and I think it’s a good choice 👍 Cheers

It was inevitable this moment... It's evolution... Everyone knows or feels what bike it's suitable for him. For me the Nc750x was great until I get the Vision. Now with the City covered by the Vision, it's time to handle the outside the city and some off-roads where the landscape has a different shape and the pictures are different 😉 Greetings and look forward to hearing from you 👍

Very nice compilation. I also got another bike last autumn, to get other experiences ... however I had the comfort to keep my NC! For learning offroad I added an old Suzuki Freewind. Feels not as good and save on the road but much better off, and it weights only about 180kg. Having that old girl will also not hurt that much when dropping her somewhere in the field wood or whatever :D

Thanks for the comment, it's nice to have more bikes, all designed for it's own purpose. For the moment I'll go with the Vision scooter for the city and a bike for exploring on and off-roads. 👌

Oh man what a pity but at the same time it's great you're switching to a new chapter of your life with another bike. Thanks a lot for the inspiration, one year and a half already with mine and looking forward to more adventures. Africa Twin? Transalp? Hmmm.... whatever you go for will be interested in the off-road comparison. Thinking of upgrading the suspension rather than changing the bike so 🤔 Just saw the poll, Tenere or VStrom.

The choice it is not so simple due to the actual world circumstances. The producers were launching bikes that either have very late delivery dates, either they are not available for ordering... We'll see...

Doesn't have to be sad story, it's just evolution in each single person's needs as a motorcyclist. Now with the Honda Vision as a commuter through the city traffic, a bike to ride outside the city and to handle more off-roads properly without so much compromise.... That's all 😉
when I realized that: 1.)That if the dealer had to fix the bike they probably could not at least for a long time 2.) The VERY small amount of rear shock travel is not fixable.... I bought a DR 650. I can fix everything on it, NO NEED for a dealer. The ride is so much better than the NC. I liked the NC, but I REALLY REALLY REALLY like the DR650!

@@IdealBike Agree with Checkpat. Large part of starting with a NC750XD last year was this channel. Very happy with it. Eventually do need to learn manual though. But will wait for the second bike until after I get my full license and insurance isn't so high for being a newb. And I hope to be lucky enough to drive the roads over there sometime, some inspiring content!

I went back by train, with my motorcycle suit on. The train was direct to my home and costed me 15 EUR. 😀

@@IdealBike I have the 2021 NC750 DCT, I can recommend it. It only lacks the "hooligan" aspect, but if you dont like doing wheelies/hooligan driving its the best bike possible. X-ADV is perhaps better because its the same bike but more storage space.

A venit și vremea ei ce să-i faci? 😁 Voi detalia alegerea făcută într-un alt video. A trebuit să profit de oportunitatea invită în noiembrie, am primit o ofertă bună la vânzare, am calculat în perspectivă și am luat decizia. Vom vedea dacă am procedat bine sau nu. Cu Honda Vision ca scuter în oraș, practic aveam nevoie de o motocicletă cu care să merg exclusiv prin afara orașului, și pe un off-road.

@@IdealBike eu am un cb500x care imi acopera toate nevoile pe care le-ai mentionat. Initial am vrut si eu un NC, insa era prea scump. Stiu ca ai mers si tu pe una, si ti s-a parut prea mica pentru tine, insa daca tii cont ca motorul este si pe cbr500r si il ridici bine in turatii, e foarte capabil. Este pare-mi-se mai bun pe offroad, si eu l-am impodobit pe al meu cu de toate. Pe-al meu nu cred ca o sa il dau prea curand, pentru ca eu cred ca cb500x a readus spiritul UJM-urilor de pe vremuri. Vroiam la un moment dat sa te contactez daca vrei sa facem o plimbare offroad in crucis: eu pe NC-ul tau, tu pe CB-ul meu, dar nu mai am ocazia :)) Incearca 1050XT al prietenului tau pe care il mai ai prin clipuri, nu am avut ocazia sa merg pe unul dar arata genial si cred ca si este genial acel v-twin. Dar nu-ti cumpara acum ca's scumpe rau :))

Salutare, mulțumesc frumos pentru comentariu. Trebuie analizat atent, mai ales în contextul a actual. Dacă era simplă alegerea o făceam de anul trecut, sunt în mare parte hotărât dar mai sunt câteva detalii de pus la punct.

Mama...deci ai schimbat brandu? Aiaia...asta ii destul de mare lucru. Cand vine vorba de motociclete, majoritatea oamenilor dobandesc un "brand loyalty" dinala toxic, direct de la primu motor, de parca cineva ii sponsorizeaza cu piese si mai stiu eu ce :))). In alta ordine de idei....m-am uitat intai peste poll si am vazut optiunile...daca alea is toate si nu e ceva "intrebare capcana" (in sensu ca raspunsu corect nu-i acolo), cred ca (si asa am si votat) ti-ai luat V-strom, desi sper ca ti-ai luat T7-le totusi. Nush...ii tare stromu and shit, dar...meeeh...ai parte de mai multa versatilitate pe T7 in ideea in care face strada la fel de bine ca un strom, dar pe off ii clar superioara si te invita sa abordezi o scara mai larga de trasee fara emotii, mai ales ca tu mergi fara pasager. Daca era vorba de mers in 2, clar stromu e mai bun. Indiferent, de ce ai ales, o sa fie fain! Tin minte cand am vandut eu prima mea mobra (un FZ6N) si am luat Tenere-ul...a fost....adevaratul inceput. Mna...hai cu reveal-u!!!! :))

Salutare, mersi de comentariu. Treaba a fost simplă : o aveam la vânzare și a venit momentul când am primit o ofertă corectă și la timpul potrivit pentru a putea lua altceva în loc. Totul s-a întâmplat în mai puțin de o săptămână. Am făcut câteva calcule și aia a fost. Alegerea a fost destul de dificilă pentru că foarte multe motociclete noi, unele chiar abia lansate nici nu sunt disponibile pentru comandă, iar opțiunea de second hand nu am luat-o în calcul. Zic eu că am făcut alegerea bună, dar sigur că rămâne de văzut... Toate cele bune 🙏
