😢😅 great ending after a powerful message. I agree the European effect was unacceptable! It has affected me since I was young and learned the bullies were overweight old white men who tried, and are still trying, to rule this land and keep women and no-white old men out of power. It still is unacceptable. I was born mid 20th century of Irish & English heritage, in this country back to the Mayflower. I protest, again.

@@ghandheysaood2645 We prefer to be called Native Americans, Indians come from India. Yes we were treated unfairly by the white man, Andrew Jackson created the US Census so as to keep track of Native American tribes that he forced onto reservations. But we took what was so kindly given to us and over the years turned those reservations into highly profitable gambling casinos, turning the proverbial lemons into lemonade so to speak. As for our numbers...... At the end of the 19th century there was only an estimated 240,000 Native Americans left from the estimated 5 to 15 million who inhabited North America when Columbus came to visit. And it was the Incas and the Mayans who constructed the massive stone buildings in parts of Mexico and South America. TSA-LA-GI TSA-TSI-YO-SV-I which means, Cherokee Freedman

I have a love for the First Nations People and I will only watch a movie where they are not put in a negative position (example: wagons in a circle and the Indians are riding around the wagon train being picked off by the Whites.) But God is beginning to raise them up again to be the people here in the United States that He has purposed them to be alongside all of us, African Americans, Asians, Hispanics, Caucasians, Africans, those from India so that we are truly "One Nation Under God Indivisible with liberty and justice for all.

One of the best films with Tom Berenger. I grew up with the Sioux in South Dakota and love The People and their customs. Great movie. I will see it probably many more times. 1:14:52 I had a horse fall and roll over me when I was about 19 years old....that does HURT! I just got my mare up and rode the 8-9 miles to the ranch. Couldn't do that now.

Watching this magnificent movie. It makes me understand that I was born in the wrong century. My Great Grandfathers ancestors were Ojibwa in the Chippewa tribe or clan. My mother was born a 7th generation Chippewa. And even as a young child I knew I was different. When we played cowboys and Indians. I always choose to be the Indian. And cheered them on in the one sided western movies. And had my heart broken with anger! In my older years. When I learned there history For what our Government has greedily perpetrated against them. I know that this movie is a possibility that some great mind concocted. But what if it could have really been a possibility. A possibility. I can only dream of. Peace to all.

It is brutally heartbreaking what the white man, in his ignorance and greed, did to the peoples who populated this land. Dreaming of a better world is all that is left to the people who lived here for so many generations and the invader alike. Our hearts bleed for the damage we have done to this land. Peace to all in the end is the greatest wish one can have for others.

I had an Australian Cattle Dog AKA Queensland Heelers that looked just like Zip. She was a female a little bit smaller but every bit as smart they are amazing dogs. They require a lot of time and energy so if you don't have that or a big Ranch for them to work on then don't get one but they're excellent with your family. They're also excellent Watch Dogs of course they do their job moving cattle and sheep which is what they were bred for and they are truly amazing. When I watch this movie I miss Nikki very much
