This is the last of 12 episodes in a LEGO MOC series we’re calling 22-Ville, where we build up our new 2022 LEGO City full of unique and colorful LEGO houses for every LEGO Series 22 CMF. In episode 11, I built a huge LEGO robot factory for the Robot Repair Tech. In episode 10, I built a FULLY wheelchair accessible LEGO mansion for the Wheelchair Racer. In episode 9, I built a LEGO trash dump for the senile Raccoon Costume Fan. In episode 8, I built a wacky classic space lego alien spaceship for the Space Creature. In episode 7, I built a LEGO moon-shaped castle for the LEGO Night Protector (LEGO Moon Knight). In episode 6, I built a LEGO Stardew Valley farmhouse for the LEGO Horse and Groom. In episode 5, I built a “working” LEGO computer with the LEGO KZread desktop screen for the LEGO Chile Costume Fan’s LEGO Pepper Challenge video. In episode 4, I built a MASSIVE LEGO Frozen Tower (LEGO Frozen Castle) for the LEGO Snow Guardian (LEGO Snowtrooper). I have a theory *SPOILERS* Robots are taking over 22ville (of course)But 4 people still aren’t robots (for like 1:37 seconds ) But Then those 4 people get turned into robots THEN Chip and dale are gonna save 22ville And the robots get yeeted (cuz then again chip starts with c and 22 is for 22ville so that equals C22!
This is by far one of my favourites! The abbility to build up using the pieces you have at reach is amazing!

Fred and the figure skating champion are uncannily simalr in appearance.
I think I know what happened to his wife, probably spoilers so be careful. during the backstory, we can see the alien spaceship loom over her, suggesting that the alien takes her away. And what figure blames aliens on who they are now? The racoon lady. His wife is now the racoon lady.
Fred when he got tired of dealing with criminals and monsters.
Seeing this all come together is AMAZING! Well done with 22-ville! I hope you make 23-ville once it comes out in the future!

Late comment. Wow ever since your first 22 ville video popped up I have watched all of them like 5 times. You have inspired many people including me to build something like this and I want to congratulate you on finishing all the houses. Even though I'm half way around the world from you both. My theories for 22 view 1. Ice man is elf boy’s brother 2.The ice skater wife is the person who is controlling all the robots after being drove to insanity by the aliens and took the stone from ice guy using one of the robots to climb up the tower using the rope and using it to destroy the world or something like that.
The city looks so awesome!
there are so many youtuber references and the cliff-hanger at the end excites me. good job man!
Pls continue this series with the next CMF series.

This is just too amazing man! But now I think it’s time for a compilation and theories of what’s happening in the 22-Ville Finale! First off, we know the Pepper costume lady, the raccoon suit lady, and the figure skating champion are all going to become a robot through the weird laser in 22-tube, thanks to the ending of the video where, for a couple of frames, you can see the three of them as robots. Secondly, all the people in the forest area, seemingly, will band together, seeing as you can see them in front of one of the houses, as well as on the moving train. The snow guardian and Joe (And, by proxy, the Moon Knight) will play some part on the story. Also, I think this whole robot uprising thing was the robot repair tech’s idea. Either that, or it was the CEO that first came up with that, but eventually the robot repair tech ursurped his whole operation, becoming the new leader. Also, the radiation will probably affect something. We don’t really know what, but it probably will. Thirdly, it’s time for a 22-THEORY! So, starting off, this whole laser thing was caused by the robot repair tech and/or the CEO. Seems obvious, considering the whole robot uprising thing, but the generators are the same. They even drew attention to this in the building of the robot repair tech’s factory. Also, I think the reasoning for the robot repair tech rising to power and doing all this is because it’s programmed to want more. This was also said in the video for the factory. So, yeah. Pieced all this together from a few still(ish) images! Still unsure what the moon knight, snow guardian, joe, and the homeless chip and dale, among other things will do in this (If they do anything at all!). Let’s hope this comment is correct for the foreseeable future! Edit: I just realized that the snow guardian will be trying to get back the frost sapphire from joe because the frost sapphire is said to have too much power for the world, and if Joe has it, it might spell disaster. That might be what the whole too much power means. Also, there’s a 22-Theory going around that raccoon suit lady is the season 4 Ice skater, and I personally think that the reason she disappeared was because she was abducted by aliens, ironically enough making it so that she’s still here, just completely unrecognizable.

I'm goingng to miss this series but I love seeing your builds
Figure Skating Champion told his wife to wait near the dumpster place and when he left we could see an alien spaceship flying above. This drove her crazy and made her believe that aliens would end the world so she started living in the trash to communicate with aliens and try to warn people about the end of the world which turned her into the crazy racoon lady Edit: I watched through all of Figure Skating Champion’s videos and in his reaction to the 22 series minifig tier list, when it got to raccoon lady he said she looked familiar as if she reminds him of his wife, most likely because she probably is his wife who has gone mad.
