I am from Maharashtra and loved fact that you mentioned it. Hatsoff to Samrat Hemu.

I felt like crying TBH. We don't read these things in our history books. I studied in ICSE board affiliated school. For us the history books only had glorification of Jahangir, Humayun and Akhbar. All the other rulers were limited to a very small paragraph.

We Indians also ruled over foreign lands. The Kalingas, the Cholas ruled over Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia. Mighty kings rule the lands. That was the order of THOSE days. Mughals came and settled in India. That is what all Homo sapiens did throughout the history. We also came to India some 70,000 years or 10,000 years or 4,000 years back (depend upon our clan, the time varies.)

It's the duty of Central, state governments and other big publishers like spectrum to add a page for every such great personalities of India. We even as aspirant really haven't wondered in dreams that Samrat Hemu had such a glorious personality, I personally thought that he might just be a regent and lost to the Mughal Army. There should be seperate pages in every history book in middle of chapters for such great rulers like Prithviraj Chauhan, Maharana pratap, Samrat Hemu etc. India needs to know that we were no less in history. Thanks sir, keep making such videos. 👍👍👍👍

Just imagine by how much our history has been manipulated and changed... That's why good educated civil aspirants and teachers along with civil service officers have such a negative view about our history not to say especially Hindu history... Thank you sir for your lecture...

A friend of mine told me this story few years back, when I asked him why his parents named him Hemu. :)

I'm proud to born in that Soil where Samraat Hemu was born!! 🇮🇳🚩🔱

The book 'Saffron Swords' tells us about other such forgotten heroes of India.

The same question keeps coming in heads of all students. Feeling proud about our own culture was the motive behind all this. Thank you so much sir.

Until few years from now, i was never interested in studying history because the History taught in our schools are just propagandas and lies and misinterpreted stories written by leftists and communists. But since few years especially after Modi coming to power, a revolution has started and our true history and culture are being discussed on various platforms be it social media or T.V. We are now aware of our true Indian history and historical facts which were previously hidden deliberately to appease a particular community you know who.

That shivaji who killed thousands of hindus in surat is hindu protector, and marathas who destroyed temples of sringeri and orissa are indian heroes.. @@Sk-go1oc don’t be a blind and Learn about Hemchandra,how he used to led the Sur Afghan army and he used to show his tactics in the battlefield everytime. He didn’t became the top military general of Sur Army and later emperor just like that! It’s all because of his abilities and tactics.
