In a roundabout rabbit holey way… wanted to hear Gerry Rafferty’s “Down The Line” and saw a short bass cover of it by Sian Lynch. Googled her, found she was snatched up by Picture Parlour. They played a show with LDP, now I ❤ them.

Nothing Matters on SXM Alt Nation. Just recently. The song was stuck in my head and sought them out. Love their sound and can’t wait to hear more.

I LOVE that they worked themselves into a tight live band first, it absolutely comes through in the record. First things I felt from the song was the energy of it, but also how refined and strong the parts are.

I just discovered this band and I am completely blown away.... as everyone else is who is also just discovering them by the thousands!! It's brilliant to watch!! And also a lesson for for how to curate a band launch!!

I found them via KZread. I get the same excitement hearing them as I did when Arctic Monkeys first came out, another band who had played live quite a bit before hitting the studio (and also eventually paired up with studio impresario James Ford). The Last Dinner Party have the capability to be the greatest British bands ever. I can’t wait to see what they do going forward!

I love that they're drinking Guinness, those are some proper English girls right there.

Found through a friend and been binging the couple live shows available on youtube. Wish I lived in England so I could go see a show. Here is to hoping many successful records from The Last Dinner Party! They're awesome!

I'm obsessed!

Only a few examples to go on, but so far I really like these ladies. I've seen enough now to expect BIG things. Musically they are very interesting and layered. There is some real musicianship going on. And it sounds like all of them sing, so the choruses really stand out with all those female vocals. And most importantly, watching enough live videos, Abigail certainly can be a bigtime star on a global level. All the boxes appear to be checked for a great and wonderful ride. Look forward to going along!

A friend of mine posted the video on Facebook and I loved it so much had to check everything I found on You Tube, their homepage and Instagram. Totally fallen in love with them! If I could I'd love to catch them this summer.

I seen them support First Aid Kit in Liverpool. They are amazing!

I SO HOPE their other recordings are Gonna be as good as this First🤞!!

I got a notification on facebook from the Hare cos they are coming to Birmingham July 20th, I read the description as I always do if something is new to me, it sounded interesting so I looked on youtube and the first thing I found was the gig from the moth club, by the time Burn Alive was finished I had already bought my ticket, had them on repeat ever since.

I hope they come to SLC
