I HIGHLY recommend getting a videographer! Especially since you’re a media person. I’m still waiting on mine, but we paid for a 5-8 minute video plus raw footage with our choice of songs. And the videographer was so great! It’s something you can maybe watch every anniversary. You can hear the voices come to life and that’s the best part!! Loved this chat video 🫶🏾

Brianna! hello! I've been watching for a bit but never commented before. Just wanted to say I really appreciate you opening up and sharing so honestly and with such genuine intentions. It's so refreshing to not hear calculated answers. Very much appreciated the bits on timeline because I feel similarly. A thought on the wedding videographer - we got one and loved it! But we made sure to go with someone who would give us all the raw footage too. We literally have hours of raw footage from the day of goofy and silly moments that didn’t make the video and I cannot recommend it enough! I swear we watch the raw footage more than the actual video!

Loved your vlogmas series! You & Cory remind me of my husband & I before we had kids. You guys are so cute! Also, I’m in my late 30s, married with 3 kids, & I still have my Teddy that I’ve had since I was 3 🤦🏻‍♀️. He was even at the hospital each time I had one of my kids, including my most recent baby who is 4mo old. And I have zero shame haha If you decide to move forward with a wedding videographer, you will not regret it. My husband & I watch our wedding video every year on our anniversary & now we get to share it with our kids. Looking forward to 2024!

The best thing we did at our wedding was a videographer! If it’s in your budget I would prioritize it, it’s so special to watch and look back on! Also international travel = Canada 🇨🇦 🤗

I have a magic band puck holder, where I unscrew the puck from the band and add it onto the holder. Ask around to see if any friends or family know a videographer or someone who likes it as a hobby. An old coworker of mine did our wedding video and it was way more affordable than a company would have been and it was beautiful!

that's such a great tip, my best friend who got married this summer had her brothers best friend do it and he was INCREDIBLE so we are planning to use the same person!
