Pull-UP is definitely Part of the Physical Agility Test (PAT) on civilian aspirants to become Firefighters.
With the Emergency Medical Team Standing By, in assistance, all throughout the Physical Agility Test (PAT), aspirants gave their all to meet and pass the tests.
BFP Regional Office 10 conducts today Physical Agility Test (PAT) to aspiring Fire Officer-1 Applicants as the next stage of the Recruitment Processing after passing the Qualifying Examination conducted last Sunday June 25, 2023 at the Gymnasium of the University of Science and Technology in Cagayan de Oro City.
Different batches of applicants were catered for the PAT from June 29 until today July 3, 2023 being Day-4 as the last day of PAT in this round of hiring. The conduct of this PAT were all held at the El Salvador Sports Complex, El Salvador City, Misamis Oriental.

Do not rely on other sources of information. Please go to the ADMIN office of the Bureau of Fire in your area for advise.
May oras po ba ang push ups, sit-ups, flatter kicks and Pull ups sa Bfp PAT mga maam/sir, at kung meron po ilan po? Salamat po sa sasagot.
