Fawkes flying away always makes me cry. The loyalty he showed Dumbledore until the very last minute is unparalleled.

My favorite scene with fawkes in it is when he cures Harry with his tears at the end of chamber of secerts! The pin looks absolutely amazing!

Fawkes Lament at the end of the Half Blood Prince is so emotional and beautiful! Spreading its wings and singing a mournful moment. There are not enough words to describe how Fawkes mourns the death of Dumbledore. An incredible creature with special abilities and an incredible pin with all those details!!!

So cool to see all of the new Harry Potter items especially the Fawkes Pin! 😁

I love how everything about the HP items are so unique, especially the Fawkes enamel pin 😩

Two things: One I would have loved to see you pack everything in your luggage. Two, how do you keep all your books super clean? Do you spend an hour or 2 every week dusting the book shelves? Genuinely curious

I didn't know how badly I wanted to travel back to New York just to visit a store until I saw all the awesome stuff they have there! I cannot tell you how badly I have wanted a personalized Triwizard shirt for so long! I really wish there was more DA merch, because I would have totally signed up! The Fawkes enamel pin is gorgeous!

I love the community you have created and how you transmit the passion of every single potterhead. Btw the Fawkes pin looks amazing.

Quick note from a local that went to the store a few days after the opening: - the store exclusive shirts are so soft, I highly recommend getting one (I got the dragon clock one) - when I went, the virtual line text alert never got sent, so you might have to hang around closer and longer around the store in order to be let in. - the butterbeer bar plastic mugs were all sold out by the time I got in, so butterbeer was being served in smaller disposable plastic cups. They didn’t charge full price though, so that was nice.

All these items where fantastic! You were so lucky to be able to get one. I loved the Fawkes Pin though, it looked absolutely fantastic!

it's so cool how they did so many original things with the store and released so many one-of-a-kind things, especially that Fawkes pin 🤚😩

There aren't a lot of HP merchandise in South-Africa so I love getting to see these videos.. even if I do get depressed that we don't have it 😂

At first, I got Gryffindor and was psyched because Hermione, of course was a favorite character of mine until Luna Lovegood entered my life. Anyways, i eventually got Hufflepuff. When I did more research on the house, i was like, why did I get Gryffindor. I never fit their traits and I chose Hufflepuff instead. If you resonate with one house more than the other, choose that one. We are all a mix of every house, but I am proud of being a Hufflepuff. Just pick what you feel comfortable with as well as makes you happy.

I’m in love with the cards and how they move! And of course the Fawkes Pin, I mean it’s so beautiful!

I’m always so confused when official ravenclaw merch doesn’t go with the eagle. Yes it’s not as intuitive as a raven for ravenclaw but the official merch straying from the actual books is really weird to me. It’s like they’re trying to make the raven the new norm but the people buying the merch are the ones who know it shouldn’t be a raven. I would be so frustrated if I was a ravenclaw!!
