slime, iron, flower, honey, bear. makes a massive bear at the front and boosts all other towers coz of the iron's ability.

I agree that that flower/obsidian/bear will probably be one of the best comps out there. Hydra is probably the only one that might compete with it since the towers are free and it also has a scaling percent growth stat (although it is a lower chance than honey). But in exchange the towers are free and all of your hydras can grow vs the single flower. I've had lvl 1 hydras with 50/50 stats because the frog potion bounce and percent growth.

Hydra is actually way down the line in how strong a build can get. By far the strongest is honey flower bear. Best I've gotten is almost 4k bear 1.6k flower. Second best is flower and obsidian but there is this weird thing where you never get enough obsidian towers, if you got them as often as other uncommon towers it could probably rival bear. Flat but very strong builds are mosquito butler and cat milk, but really not game breaking like the flower builds.

@@cyberdaniboy Yes, but that's only 3 towers that take advantage of that whereas with the Hydras, all of them but the witch can take advantage of scaling damage. The total hp/damage is just spread out more between more towers vs concentrated in 3 towers. 20% for flower and then spread to bear/obsidian vs 10% some of the time with 8 towers. Hydra and Flower are the only current percentage growth towers and they will be the strongest builds (pending future changes).

6:50 wouldn't it be for the best to forge the bee here, before you upgrade it? because you still have one gold left to also forge the chest, but you loose out on stats if you forge the bee afterwards or have i misunderstood ho the forge works?
