This was extremely beautiful. Lately, all the talks, themes, comments seem to be part of an ongoing conversation. A question arises and the answers - or the next thread - pop up. I, too, spent much time yearning for a place to rest my head: "But if you manage to stay there for a while, the desert will suddenly blossom into love, your heart will burst into song and it will be springtime forever." ❤

Wow......that was simply mind blowing.....literally.....blows your conditioning away!! Fr. Tony was indeed an enlightened soul....more Christ-like than any of his critics! A living testimonial to Jesus' words: "Blessed are the pure of heart for they will see God"! A mind that clings to the clutter of conditioning will not understand him, & that explains the mindset of those who criticize him!

Pure steam of consciousness from a living mystic filled with the wisdom, light, light and love of the spirit. So rich, so wise, so precious. So much to take in…

Bill W...he's letter on emotional sobriety is on UTube. Stayed with me. He's letter to a depressed friend. Tales about he's demands, expectations, idealism, how it should be. Perfectionism...woke me up about myself. Worth looking at. Bless Mr de mello...he says the same.

That is correct. De Mello was leading a retreat, that on his passing, was edited and converted into the Awareness book. It is so deep! Those of us that love his manner of teaching would likely love to participate in the Ira Progoff Intensive Journal workshops (now in Zoom). I have been to three of the workshops (took part 1 twice) and can attest to its value. I have also read Awareness many times. It is a gem.
