Mam our teachers said that machine is compared with tree as goldfinch enters the branch the tree start of chittering is this ok ?

The goldfinch has been called the engine of her family. Just as the engine starts up the machine, the goldfinch's arrival in the nest has suddenly started the machine i.e. the young ones in the nest have started making noise.

Engine is compared to bird as the bird enters in the tree machine starts (nest) start making noices
