Reversing the orientation of the seats for dining mode is pure genius. Someone ought to invent that for small campervans where there isn't enough room for swiveling driver and front passenger seats. It triples the function of those seats as a bed too. That would leave the whole rest of the van for other things, such as a shower.

I love this; I wish this Toyota van was available in the US.

In south Australia last month, I saw 4wd Toyota van in a parking lot. It was a pity I could not see nside. Love Toyota! Just wish my commuter was 4wd.

Man these would do well in South Africa . There are millions.of these Toyota's here...used as Taxis...but I've always looked at the high roof as being perfect for Van life.

Imagine the diesel 4x4, you’d be the envy of every taxi operator. I wonder how long it would be before you get hijacked 😀. I would take this over a Four-tuna any day.

Thank you, certain customers do store a portable toilet, there’s plenty of space under the bed for one.

Like my daughters apartment in Ikebukuro...everything could be hidden and used for different stuff...great layout...

What brand is that seat bed.. Can seat both ways..

Great question, the goal of Dream Drive is to work with the manufacturers to sell brand new campers through dealerships just like we do in Japan, but for now there are no other camper companies working with Toyota to export new campers intentionally so we are required to just through a few loop holes. All brands are built on trust and that’s what I (Jared) will be working on building in the australia market when I relocated back there next month. We will provide aftermarket warranty on the vehicles and warranty on the campervan builds and I’m happy to go into more information if you email me at jared@dreamdrive.life

thanks for your reply. I couldn't see anywhere where I could reply back to your response to my original comment. I would very very much be interested in purchasing a vehicle. If I knew I could trust, and there was a warranty and genuine paperwork that could be provided to the buyer to show genuine history on the vehicle, mileage, service logs, etc. etc., I will be in Australia in a couple of months. Not sure if you're going to see if so, please call posted.

@@t0m33r5 I think you are looking for a motorhome :) It does however have an outdoor rear shower and space for a portable toilet inside Campervan = camp in a van Motorhome = home in a motor (Camp = no bathroom)

Thanks for letting me know your thoughts, it’s not for everyone. But if you want a 4x4 quality campervan then the options are slim and I feel it’s worth it.

Yeah it's ok, seen better. Roof could have been utetilised, maybe stow n go in the floor either extra seating, storage, folding table. . . .Shower, ah yeah. Toilet, wash up, ah yeah? Yep, seen better. Thanks for the good video.
