2005 525 owner here. It’s been a great bike!

I love my 525. There is plenty of power and so fun to trail on.

I just picked up an updated 520 mxc for almost nothing this week. What a coincidence! I'm completely rebuilding it then I'll throw on a set of KYBs on the front like I did my 400exc. Thx again for your good advice.

Hi, What type of tail light are you using? I recently converted a 400exc to being street legal, i sourced all my own parts but the rear tail light i use makes the fender super floppy and it looks like yours mounts to the subframe for added support. Let me know! Thanks

Did u have to put in larger stator for baja lights?

That is the Safari 15 litre (4 gl) tank. Very nice, but they are spendy and hard to come by used. Mostly I run the KTM 13 litre mxc style tank.

Why do you have your front brake line routed funny?
