its about a 10 mile walk from the blind beggar pub that you will see on the walk. I'm sure you can get busses from Whitechapel, Bethnal green area to Chingford

There was scaffolding and kids toys laying everywhere when I went to cedra Court a few years back too. Bit of a sad site. They got really funny with us too and all these Jewish looking type men came out trying to stare us down. We were only there to take a couple pics to recreate the famous picture. We didn't stay long. Good video,. Unfortunately the inside of the Blind Beggar has been modernised somewhat now.
