Went to the concert in Brissy Australia, right at the barrier. One of the best concerts I've ever been to!

classic tune, sounds current every year

I'm a guy and I'm 32, as an argentinian i must say that this type of style that we can see in this video, clothes and hair wise, that was the most cool vibe that all the guys in 2008 wanted to have. Love it. Now we listening to techno with xl clothes and the hairstyle its a buzz cut ! Ironic.😊

It wasn’t too long that I was listening to this as a teenager. 🥲now I have kids that are almost teens and I can’t help but cry a little happy tears & to realize the good days are still here . To enjoy these great songs with my own lil offspring is a different kind of being blessed 😇 ❤️❤️❤️

This song started off my love for bands, and I don't regret one minute of it.

I found the Kooks while living in California this summer. Now everytime I listen to their music it just brings me back. What great memories. I owe it to their amazing music.

When The Kooks sang this it was the best moments of my life. Now (in 2017) it makes me nostalgic but it's always so good to hear ! It reminds me their concert also and it was such a great one.

Camila Canavezes I'm only 18 but when it first came out my 5 year older sister was the biggest fan of them, so naturally I grew up with the kooks around, even though I didn't like them at the time lol. So listening to it now actually makes me feel very nostalgic and almost sad because I only realised now how much of an influence my sister had on me...

Idk why I just cant get into them. Literally just got recommended these guys from a girl im in the process of getting to know but cant really get into any of their songs. This so far is the song I like the most of theres though. Everyone has said Naive or however its spelled but not a fan of that or that other big hit of theres starts with an S. Dont hate them but I guess different tastes.

@@luketimmins924 I love bonding with people over music we definitely connected on a lot of overlap this was just one we missed on. I Love a lot of similar bands too from this era. It just bums me out and Im still searching their discography for something that might catch my ear. So many people like them that I really want to appreciate some of the music. I dont hate it I just cant find one that has that I want to hear it again sound. This song kinda has that so at least Ill have this one haha. And thanks for the encouragement about the girl man not a lot of people give positive vibes about that kinda stuff in youtube comments so I legit appreciate that. As of right now I'm getting a few mixed signals of are we going to be friends or more but either way its good times.

Okay, so I'm not normally a Kooks fan, but there's something about this song.. The strain in his voice in that first Ooh La in every chorus, it's just... Urmghhhh! Sure, whoever writes the songs is no lyrical genius, but if you have the right singers and musicians it just .. works. Like this. His voice just makes me smile like an arse, I swear!

Alot of people have been wandering what this song is about, so as far as my research can tell it's about one of the guys' relationship with a model Audrey Lindvall who's sister was in an alternative video for She Moves in Her Own Way. Assuming the band knew her and she was hit by a truck and died aged 23 so kinda parallels the video as well :/
