Polly White although he’s not a hell of a guitar player he has a unique sound without a doubt and he’s a good lyricist aswell.Not a genius,a very talented artist 100%

I just rediscovered this song after 11 years!

a lesson on how to write a song. Absolutely magic.

He plays as if there were two people playing, he's keeping a beat with his feet and top of that he singing. Incredible!

This is better than the music video version

Hotel is vastly underrated as a guitarist, so he doesn't have insane technical ability, but he's a first rate finger picker, which is something an overwhelming majority of guitarists can't handle. He's playing fast driving bass with his right hand while picking slower high notes and he is also using his left thumb to fret bass notes as well. Respect.

If you have the album, you can right click on it, make a copy, then right click again and choose properties. You can set it to play just the first twenty seconds, and then loop it once it's open.

I don't understand how he plays both the rhythm and lead parts. Pretty amazing.

last week i was listening to a Miles Kane interview (i like him) n he said that he likes the kills....yesterday i went to a music shop n found the miles kane album, and next to that it was the kill's blood pressures.... i found it pretty funny....so i bought the both :) (n i think i'm gonna buy the other records by the kills lol ) they're just amazing!

There is freakin wow now after all, right here. :) And anywhere these two oscillate their vocal chords and guitar strings ;)
