The saddest part about this is that the cat's brother, a dog named Kuma, passed away. The owner said the cat start wailing like this after the dog passed away because the cat was looking for him. This song actually runs as deep as it makes us feel, lil homie going through the same emotional turmoil we would be going through too

@@SimranRajQueenBliss I wouldn't doubt it. I would leave my cat alone for 9-10 hours a day to go to work. One time, I snuck around back a few times after I'd leave and look in the window. She was walking around looking for me making a sound like this. It broke my heart. I still cringe at the thought of leaving her alone for 7-10 days while on vacation. I had someone go in 2x a day to feed her and that was it. She died 6 months ago at 11.5 years old, not terribly old for a cat. Looking back, I bet loneliness and boredom contributed to her dying prematurely. I intend to get another one, but I will absolutely get two next time. Leaving an animal alone for that many hours is cruel.

Both my cats were sleeping peacefully in the other room on their nice sunny cat shelf when I decided to play this. That sweet kitten started singing about being all alone sometime, and sometimes not of course, and I hears scurrying cat nails in the other room (losing traction because they couldn't run fast enough). I had to show them my phone because they were looking around so intensely. I finally paused and played the video and said see, no kitties in here besides you two. I'm so grateful my cats don't want other cats to be alone (sometimes).

That "hello" breaks my heart and the trumpets sound fits so well with this mood!

I know I lost my beloved Sherboo cat. Had him for 16 yrs. Time goes by too fast . He was abandoned after his owner died. He was also declawed. Poor cat. I spoiled and loved him dearly. He was my world and I was devastated when he died of kidney disease.

I just lost a roommate, about 1 month and 3 days after his birthday, our cat was never the same after that, 2 1/2 wks later she passed away, She's with him now. Beautifully done You are a true artist

Not just a vocal cat and a sensitive subject, but an absolutely creative and beautifully executed arrangement and performance. Impressive work.

We always likened this to our cat Darien who just passed away a few days ago. He talked like this and loved the sound of his own voice. We'd even start singing this very song when he would do that and we think he associated with us singing it, too. Man, I'm missing my grumpy little buddy. Right now I'm just grateful that this video exists so I can remember our little tuxedo cat who liked to yell "Hello!" At the top of his voice. RIP, Darien.

After all this time, i'm still crying. It speaks out of my heart, yet it is so cute. It hurts! Extremely well done!

My husband and I loved this song when we discovered it about a week ago. However yesterday we had to say goodbye to our beloved Catterina and through our tears and grief now this song has helped our sad and heavy hearts. Sometimes we're alone. Sometimes we're not. And Catterina, we will say hello again good friend. 💖🐈‍⬛

This was the last thing a friend of mine posted on his facebook 2 weeks ago, he passed away just a few days later very suddenly and shockingly. He was so full of dark humour (and light) and now this song as cute as it is will forever remind me of Andy 😿🖤

I'm sorry about your losses, especially being so close together. 😔 I've lost both my parents & a brother & many pets over the years. It never gets any easier. Each loss is like a punch to the guts. My cat is 12 years old, I got him the year before my Dad died & I dread the day I lose him because he's such a strong connection to them all, but especially my Mum who spoiled him & passed just last year.
