Thank you, Phillip, and Kiesel for giving us and going through the specs for the guitar. It is absolutely the super strat that one dreams of that leaves others in the dust.

I love this option, making it official! The color reminds of the first new vehicle I ever bought, a 1985 Nissan pickup in Root Beer Orange. Love that color to this day and the features and setup on your guitar is so versatile.

Congratulations! I just had a lot of fun on Kiesel’s website customizing my own version of your guitar. If/when I can justify buying a new guitar, this just may be the way that I go. For an elite quality, semi-customizable guitar, I think the price is fantastic. What a beauty!

I've never felt 24 frets was worth making the proportions of the guitar & the neck pickup placement weird. I guess I'm very stuck on traditional Cali Super Strats. 🤘

@@j_freed for me, I prefer the way 24 fret guitars and basses feel. And I do try to use the 23rd and 24th frets as much as the song will allow 😉

I'm with you, I prefer 24 frets. I don't have any guitars with 22 frets in my collection. But yeah congratulations Phil to this wonderful collaboration.

When I was still working in Nashville, Elderly Instruments approached me about a “Signature Dobro/Resophonic Square Neck Guitar”, of course with my name, but we ended up not going through with it. However, I was very flattered that a music company actually talked to me & were impressed w/my sound enough to actually put my name on a “Dobro”, & sell it in their catalog & on the web. Good for you man!!!!

Really cool switching features on the HH. Also like the neck profile. For fun, I did my preferences on it (BRG body, black plastic). Nice to know that if I were to make the $1800 jump, I’d be mostly sure to like it!

Hey man, on your last Friday KYG live chat I commented this is one guitar I might truly consider buying with your specs for Kiesel order! It's an excellent copper penny color, superstrat, nice Pete Thorn model kind of vibe & really useful pickup wiring setup. And it's not a Fender for 8k, much as I love their designs.

Am I mistaken or did you say your really weren't interested in this idea? Glad you changed your mind. IMHO you deserve it. Rob Chapman is the one who commanded I watch your channel and it was one of the only times I have been glad I did what someone told me to. They are very smart for doing this and it makes me want to do business with them even more.

This is super great news for Phil & is also good news for KYG fans! Phil has given so much to the guitar & gear community, I doubt anyone else deserves this more. I also hope Phil gets another signature opportunity (with Keisel or another brand). I was only disappointed by the overly-humble & near low energy of this video announcement. This is-was a once in a lifetime type-o-moment to really celebrate with the spirit of a middle-school cheerleader jacked on red-bulls. This video title was carefully selected and it is also strangely subdued. It is not egotistical to celebrate & laugh & cheer during a great milestone like this…. or maybe pee-you-self just a wee-wee bit. Rock On Phillip & don’t be shy to say these words “I have a signature guitar”. You have many people that fully support you and celebrate this huge milestone that you fully deserve.

A friend of mine had a Japanese Fender Strat with a copper color. It had an HSH pickup configuration and a Floyd Rose. Craziest strat I’d seen up until then.

The guitar is great. The choice of PU's is perfect. I love your idea of leaving the neck left as a single as your go to set up. I really came to visit today to give you a reminder to get hold of Luis and have him send you out the PedalPalFX Gold 800 v4. I have 4 of PPFX pedals. You might recall me pestering you in 2017 a few times to get the first one. The PedalPalFX 800 Emulator. I still use it nearly every day. The timing on the v.3 was bad for me with my wife needing operations etc. but I sold some things this time and my V.4 was ordered on Tuesday. When its a MIAB if it is Luis or Lawrence I have to have one of each. I got Lawrence's mini ..Sixty 8 the day you reviewed it. That one sits on my board with a Tonebender MkII stacked on it. I've been watching since you came off the Ark with Noah. Those old shows were special. I watched many of them over a few time each.

Woah, that neck pickup in coil split mode sounds amazing distorted! I mean, the amp and the speaker also have a lot to do with that, but nevermind, I really like the sound.
