Pretty sure he’s saying it hurts to know that now it’s really “through” you can just hear him say a word with an oo sound. Through makes a lot more sense too cos he’s talking about accepting that his relationship is over. He wouldn’t be talking about “there’s no you” if the song was about an ongoing relationship.
