Love the videos Sam! Americans seem to prefer the Ioniq 5, which is nice but hands down it’s the EV6 for me every day.

Nice review. I am tempted with the EV6 GT Line S. I might have to look into trying to get the 19 inch wheels though. Great to see a review driving around Richmond Park. Well done!
We ordered one, in the matt grey in December 2021. It should have been delivered in March 2022, it was delayed, then delayed then we were told we couldn’t have the grey so we went for the white. We are picking it up on the 1st March 2023! It better be worth it!
Great review, have one on order since last March, no sign of a delivery yet, still waiting...

Yeah I ordered the above model in red in May and expecting a 12-14 month wait so probably in the summer 😩 but will be worth it!

@@sgalasso1976 Yes, that seems to be the timeframe, just had word mine is built, has a VIN number and is sitting at the docks ready for the next ship out 👍

@@sgalasso1976 I was close to cancelling mine as Kia had no info whatsoever for ages and I was losing patience, but look like its coming together now, so hopefully the same with you too ! 👍
As an EV6 GT line RWD owner - you can easily get 300 mile range in warmer months. 320+ around town. Without trying. I even tow my Eriba caravan - which I can get 160+ mile range towing which is astounding.

On march 2022 I have ordered exactly the same one, even with the same colour! But I'm still waiting for it to be manufactured...

@@AndyM... hi, i'm from Spain... Here we have suffered several months of delays, specially for Gtline RWD with luxury pack. That combination is the most delayed (close to one year) as I mentioned in my case. The rest of the versions from the car (Air/Wind AWD or RWD, Gtline AWD, with or without lux pack) are also delayed for some months but not for so much.... Anyway which is your country?

@@DanielMartinez81 From Australia, there is also high demand here, but now that the Model Y is way cheaper than the EV6 that could change. I doesn't help that the dealers here are not very proactive, they just keep on saying wait wait wait 🤔🤔🤔

@@AndyM... The same is happening here... Model Y has decreased a lot in price and people is starting to cancel their orders from other manufacturers to buy a Model Y. I'm not cancelling mine because the dealer is keeping me the price of March 2022 wich is about 8k less than the 2023 price and also I have the new features that are included in the 2023 Kia EV6 version, the main ones are the preheating battery for winter as well as the heat pump (which was not previously available in Spain). So in my case it definetly worth waiting for it...

@@DanielMartinez81 You're lucky, there is no price protection here, if it goes up (which it has already since I ordered it) there's nothing you can do about it. I'm having another chat with the dealer this week, I'd like to keep the order but they're making it hard to. Customer service doesn't exist much here unfortunately. Looks like you got a good deal, hopefully they have some good news for you soon !!!
I thought you needed the AWD to get the heat pump? Does the RWD have it too?

It’s an optional extra which you pay around £800 for. Doesn’t come as standard on any model
