I loved this man! What a treasure even when with the Lord. A man who touched lives forever. Miss him greatly. He was my pastor on tape. He guided me while I was young. I never met him but he was my pastor from a far. His voice heals my soul. What a gift. Jesus! What a teacher . Where are the real teachers gone! God let me love your word like Charles Stanley. My God! What a diamond! His family should be ever proud of him like I am.❤

Oh this is a good one. I sure miss watching Dr. Stanley on tv in a quiet little living room with an open Bible. KZread is a blessing sometimes.

Dr. Stanley is very rare, he speaks of God based on scriptures & I really appreciate it, it encourages me to live by God’s principles even though it is difficult at times. He doesn’t teach the wide road like many new age teachings out there where it’s mostly about preference of what “I want”, “what I feel or think is right.” I appreciate that Dr. Charles Stanley teaches us about the less travelled narrow road & is based on the word of God. He stresses the importance of reading the Bible, which I have learned to be important because it helps us avoid being lead astray.

Dr Stanley has gone to be with our Lord. What a gift he has left us. He left us his sermons for us to learn from and pass on. We can refer to his videos and share them with others. Dr Stanley's teaching are truly timeless. Our God id an awesome God!

I dont know why we haven't had such wonderful preachers and pastors in Australia. Thanks to social media, we can listen to Dr Stanley's life changing sermons. Hallelujah. May his soul rest in eternal peace. A great man of God ❤

This has blessed me so much. As a young person I wasn't taught many principles and the one's I was taught wavered from time to time. So, now having Jesus Christ in my life anchors me to the Rock I stand firmly on. Thank you Jesus and I thank God for Dr. Stanley and the ministry for the teachings.

There isn't a day that I am not encouraged and uplifted by the words spoken from Dr Stanley's heart. May I love the LORD as much as he does and saturate myself in the word of GOD like he does. Thank goodness that retirement is not in his vocabulary so we still have years to hear his preaching

Since I was a child I lived by principle of right and wrong from the Ten Commandments. It was hard; but I always smiled at the end. As an adult I went more for preference and boy did I pay the price. Now at 40, I am back home. Thank you Father.

In Christ I found victory. This clear and refreshing message is like many by Charles Stanley. Romans 7 14 plus offers the explanation of Paul in overcoming temptation and living a life of freedom. Thank you Jesus for the key to reclaiming my life in you! Beautiful!

A friend of mine introduced me to Dr. Stanley in 1982. I started listening to his cassette tapes on a tape recorder. His voice hasn't changed in the past 30 years. I don't think he has aged that much. He is one of my favorite preachers.

Principles don’t change! I look around and I see more and more people without principles…this is very sad. I myself is learning to live by principles and not preference. I owe this ministry my growth and every devotionals that went out to my friends, strangers, loved ones and brothers. Still receiving it to this day.

I have been on wavering faith for far too long in my time, been a born-again Christian for 3 weeks. I had a struggle of not following principle and hanging around the wrong crowds, and ultimately allowing my eyes to see things that put bad ideas into my head. Since I repented and asked Jesus to be my Lord and Savior, I have been seeking more clean forms of entertainment and try my hardest to manage my stress through prayer and reading The Bible. I have had relapses in sin, and I am continuing to rejoice with God everyday in how gracious He is for allowing me to wake up, go to work, and have the Holy Spirit assist me to break from the bondage of sin. The most freeing feeling I felt was when I was obedient to reading scripture and resting peacefully knowing the Lord watches over me and only allows things to happen in his plan. I have been living in preference instead of principle for too long, made too many excuses and tried to find that one article that say I can sin, all of which gave me that empty feeling inside. I know that the Holy Spirit is working on me when I can feel bad when I waver from the pathway of righteous thinking. God bless anyone who is willing to change regardless of the pain. I know that my wounds may feel heavy at times and I regret my past decisions upon when I meet with our Lord on judgement day. But I am so glad to look more into Jesus' teachings and know that He loves me despite my shortcomings and disobedience, because he will know that I am trying to walk with him. The more my wounds open up, the more I realize that I need Him now more than ever. I love you all for following with our Lord. Please try as hard as you can to flee from sin and live happier with God.

Thanks for sharing..I can , most definitely, relate! The worst part of this is...I really could have avoided living with regret in my older years; if I had stuck with the Principles of God in my younger years.. I Thank God for being so loving; He doesn't allow me to wallow in regret. It's not a pleasant place to be.

Pray and pray some more believe you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you, thank you Jesus
