    yes they know it, if you go to the TLR channel...its almost exactly what Mr Pawson preached...(Except they have Repent/Belief in God as one step, then Baptism in water, then Baptism in the Holy Spirit...and they emphasize more in speaking in tongues..as a personal language to God and could also be as a normal countries language too)

I thank God so much for his faithful work ! Sadly , yesterday , as soon as I shared his video on my post , people dropped out , I pray those who drop out will stay on the word of God , keep learning and growing ! 👍❤️🌈

    \o/ Listen...ever since I was baptized in the Holy Spirit at conversion, after 9 years of conservative Bible preaching...without being saved, growing among weeds...I began hearing Holy Spirit talk to me, whenever I hear Bible truth I SHOUT in praise, and the world is seen as a preparation for Heaven. That was 30 years ago last Ictober. \o/ PRAISE THE LORD! Paul Crone, Oklahoma City...stand up stand up for Jesus!

    I’ve asked the Holy Spirit to give me this gift most of my life. I have came seeking it. I’ve always noticed woman get it much easier than men. I knew a fellow who passed away in a crash recently. He was in his 60s and never spoke it either. He was kind and his wife was even a Sunday school teacher. Not being able to speak it gave me a complex and I felt as if I was going to hell because god didn’t want me. I know god cares about me because at my lowest point god came to my grandma and told her if I was to seek his face I would be restored and I have been in Bible study mode ever since. I love David’s view on things. I have no doubt he was a spirit filled Christian. In my family if a person where to mention trinity it would be close to blasphemy. I do not feel god would have spoke the way he did if it wasn’t so because on judgement day I do think the son will be our savior who intercedes for our disgusting fallen state. I just pray I do not split hell wide open if this is the right of passage that must take place. I will continue to be open minded about this but it doesn’t bring back some hurt seeing as I am yet to speak it. I have seen many peoples view on this subject and at one point convinced myself that wisdom may be something the spirit has bestowed to me. I have a deep love for the word and I do fear god. I know how powerful he is. He is able to do all things. It is I who feel at points that is inadequate. I try to shake that off though. If I seen god I know I’d break into 1000 pieces just like John and Isaiah. I am like David. If all I could be is a gate keeper I’d be glad for the opportunity. If any of you are filled blessed are you.

    It is good to exhibit gift of spirit. But where the Holy Ghost is below evidence are there : 1) There is always a deep conviction of sin and true repentance for it. He show us holiness of God and open our eyes to our folly nature and are sorrow of sin. 2) Lively faith in Christ and softness for Jesus’s sacrifice for us 3) Desire to please God. Seed of love, joy, meekness, long suffering , faith, gentleness. He pray like breathing. 4) Obedience to Christ’s will 5) A love reference for God’s word Extract from The Holy Ghost: Old Paths - J. C. Ryle

    I do wonder if I am filled with the Holy Spirit sometimes.... recently I have twice shouted out Prsise God, once when working with my carpenter...he was a bit shocked and the other time in a Ugandan hospital when they told me my ankle was not broken ...not like me at all, the amazing thing was I did not feel embarrassed either time.

    Luke 11:9-13 WEB [9] "I tell you, keep asking, and it will be given you. Keep seeking, and you will find. Keep knocking, and it will be opened to you. [10] For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened. [11] "Which of you fathers, if your son asks for bread, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, he won't give him a snake instead of a fish, will he? [12] Or if he asks for an egg, he won't give him a scorpion, will he? [13] If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him?"

    Every example of a Christian in acts or the new testament it says they received the Holy Spirit or baptized in the Holy Spirit. There is one case where in acts 19: 2 paul asked the disciples have you've received the Holy Spirit since you've believed? This means that one can have Christ without having the Holy Spirit. I've met people who are baptized in the Holy Spirit and didn't know it but one must be in order to enter into the rest that's available.

    I think they’re are both the same thing. Water and the spirit is one baptism. Before Jesus came, there was only water. Therefore, there is one lord, one faith, one baptism.

    Man leaves his parents and joins his wife and they become one. Remember they become one. It doesn't take away the fact that they are two individuals. So does water baptism and spiritual baptism in Christ. Yet are one baptism.

    If you are dead in your sin, how you can believe if you are not being regenerated by the Holy Spirit? Didn’t paul say that no one without the Holy Sprit can call Jesus God?!

    If you study the book of Acts there is a 4 step process to becoming a christian - Not all steps are mentioned every time because the writer of Acts emphasises certain steps at certain times - but consistently, throughout the Book of Acts we learn there are 4 stages 1. Repent 2. Believe 3. Be Baptised 3. Receive the Holy Spirit .....in that order Whether we are believers or not your conscience tells us when you do wrong - we feel guilt ..........so even when we are spiritually dead in sin we can repent - turn away from /leave behind our sinful ways ....when we repent, we are on the the way to being forgiven, Yes to believe that Jesus is Lord requires a 'revelation/understanding ' of the truth and that is where th Holy Spirit enlightens us When we repent and are baptised - Acts 2:38 " Repent, and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.. Forgiveness opens the door to receiving the Holy Spirit "within" us .... which conversely says repentance, belief, baptism are required to receive the gift of the Holy Spirit

    Born out of water is never once used in the ancient world either Jewish, Roman, or Greek for being physically born as a baby. Also, the combination of water and Spirit is already used many times in the Gospels and each time it is talking about water baptism and Spirit baptism (Luke 3:16; Matthew 3:11; Mark 1:8; John 1:33)

    It seems the early new disciples immediate response to hearing the salvation message was to get water baptised (full immersion), (they had already been physically born, birthed in water...why would they need to get physically re-born from the mothers water sack?)...so in just these two examples we can see how it is talking about two new seperate events, water baptism and baptism in the Holy Spirit to be "born again"....

    So then when did you know? Was it speaking on tongues? When the brother how do you your sermon finally sounded like you knew what you were talking about? When the guy was healed? I have to say that I don’t know but people have told me Holy Spirit in me but I think that I would know to be honest and I know that one time the Lord made me cry but still I wasn’t sure from your story how you knew for sure and I’m not sure I’m guessing since I don’t know then it hasn’t happened yet?

    You can know if you're baptized in the Holy Spirit is when you worship. If you can enter into the rest of the Lord, enter into the Holy of Holies meaning that you'll feel His presence. When you clear your mind and have just you worshipping the Lord with a clear conscience He'll make you realize that you're baptized. It's like someone brushing your hair or someone cutting your hair and you feel the chills, it's like that but more intense. Speaking in tongues is one of the signs but I've seen many people speak in tongues but their lives didn't match the Lord's presence in them in many areas. A lot of preachers are trying to teach tongues but it's not us who speaks but the Holy Spirit in us.

    Pawson is in error on water baptism. It is not a requirement, nor an act of obedience. It is merely symbolic.

  • @DavidPawsonMinistry

    @DavidPawsonMinistry

    Pawson is not the only one who holds this view - yet you are free to disagree Acts 2:30 is but one example where Peter instructed them "repent and be baptised for the forgiveness of your sins ....and you will receive the Holy Spirit" Many Churches and Bible Teachers hold the position that Baptism is a sacrament - not merely symbolic but something with a spiritual consequence. David once asked me "what is baptism really all about ?" and I answered as a typical Baptist would ...his response was - "what is important about believes baptism is not what we do in being baptised - its what God does in us" We can only speak from personal experience ........Water Baptism may be symbolic for you .........but Believers Baptism certainly changed my life and I was baptised many years before I ever heard of David Pawson
