Yaaa it is . Was doing ninja world league and we were losing and I pulled out my set with karma seal as the ult and we got tied 2/2 in combat battle, and I used it and my team stayed inside it and the enemy all died leading us to win.

Work on movement and make a build that fits your playstyle. For movement the go-to is chakra jump cancelling to go faster

They buffed it cause Boruto's dlc was trash. 2 mid jutsu, a decent sub, and the ult was only good for base battle. The buff makes it top tier tho.
