I also bought the wheel for the tung jack, which makes it even easier to move around when it's not loaded.

Nice trailer, I’m looking at the same model to buy. I like the features Karavan offers that others don’t. One note, I really think using those self tapping screws may prove to fail down the road. They bite into the metal pretty good and hold for static jointing, but consider how much your trailer tongue rattles, vibrates, and gets jolted up and down. I would make sure you’re checking it often, would hate to see you lose that while driving, could get ugly. What about long u-bolts coming up from around the frame at the bottom, and then the nuts would be tightened in the bottom of the box and cut the excessive threads off. Just a thought. Again, nice trailer though, they seem to make a better than average product over the traditional cheap big box store trailers.

I agree that those connections need to be watched. We did just complete a 3k mile road trip with the trailer and the trailer in tow and the connection is still tight. This is probably due to the sealant added. I suspect temperature extremes may affect the connection more over time so as you suggest, watching the connections is in order here.

I like that trailer. My TSC doesn’t carry them though.

I have seen these for sale at our local Home Depot too.

I really like that support base you have on the Tongue. That would really help me cause it takes it takes too long to raise and lower the hitch with the spinning handle. Could you please tell me where you purchased that?

It is the Tractor Supply 18 in. X 46 in. X 14 in. Low Profile Box.

Can it hall another vehicle?

The capacity wouldn't be enough for a street legal car. But there is just enough room for me to put the UTV I show and a quad on at the same time. Also hauled the UTV with a Camero V8 engine from Wyoming with no issues.
