The Jutta is 50 Years Old! * A Short Tribute Video
Ойын-сауық
The Jutta is the 90 MPG Car I built in 1973 and hasn't been driven since 1982, But, recently, I replaced the rear wheel, and worked on the engine and accelerator pedal enough to get this short comparison video. As I restore the other CEI museum pieces I'll also be restoring this great little buggy. But, today, all I wanted to do was imitate the news story video that was produced in 1981 as I say goodbye to the building that became Ground Zero for The Rock-afire Explosion.

Even cooler it's 54 years old
He built the whole thing in his garage and it still works after all this time. Glad to see it still working!
The fact it still works is incredible. I kinda want one. Maybe one day the little thing could be brought back to production
50 year later and still running good
Awesome! It STILL looks futuristic in a vintage-type of way!
so great to see this car moving again for the first time after 41 years!
Fantastic recreation. Man time goes by so freaking fast.
It still works... Wow!
its nice to see the Jutta up and running like it was in 1973.
i cant believe this still works!!
Wow, after years it's working again!!
Wonderful recreaction.. Can't help but feel a little sad though. 50 years ago you were young, highly sucessful at the time with large income and a high staff count. Living in the 80s.. Anything and nothing to worrie about.. I really don't mean to make this sound negative but anyone who's lived long enough and understands life, this can really put things into perspective.. Hope you're doing well Aaron and everything is going good.. All the best

Thank you but you've got to be kidding. It took many years to get rid of all those hungry problems known as employees. I'm wealthier and happier now than I ever was and I don't have to listen to problems all day and search for more work to keep 300 families fed month after month while handling all the paperwork, all the while being robbed blind by my loyal employees. Are you kidding? Life has never been better than it is right now. I do what I want now, invent what I want, sing when i want, play when I want and sleep till I feel like getting up and stay up till I feel like going to bed. My lover is unbelievably hot and she digs me. My kids are grown so I don't have to worry about them constantly. Anyone who thinks I was successful when I was young and am not successful now needs to have their priorities examined. I don't mean to brag, but it took many years to create the life I am living now and am telling you this so you all can reexamine your definition of success if you're feeling sorry for me.

@@therockafire I am very happy to hear that, my life view points are in a stuck at the moment, there wasn't any meaning of feeling sorry for you or making it sound like you're not living a happy, healthy life. If anything reading your comments has my view point changed so thank you for replying. I'm currently 27 years old and look back on the early 2000s with a strange sence of nostliga so like I said, my view point is diffrent. I couldn't begin to understand how stressful life must have been dealing with all of it at that age.. Again, There was no intention of making my comments negative in any way, if that's how it came across I sincerly apologies. All the best and I hope you continue to be happy and healthy.

@@jimbo6514 I agree with you and him. Aaron made living in the 80s very memorable. I was too young to get into electronics but got to live in that evolution from radio shack computers to what we have today. Making a hobby into a full time business does suck. And i respect him for wanting to run the business because its all his hard work and creativity. But he goes from being an inventor to a business man. Which had to suck because he had to deal with contacts, making sales etc to keep his workers employed. Im also happy to hear hes doing great with his new endeavors.
Cant believe it still works ❤
That thing runs really good Aaron fechter😊😊
It's very surprising to see that it still runs!
I think it's cool that it still works
Wonderful seeing it still works to this day
This car is so cool .
Awesome that you still have that.💯

Wooo! I'm surprised it lasted that long!
what a time that might have been. Cheers to all your endeavors
In Wolfegg Car museum was a beekeeper's car made partially from wood. It made 400K miles during decades of honey hawkering.
I would 100% buy one if they were being released still, for my first car. Aaron, you were and still are my inspiration for my career. I always liked your shows as a kid (rock afire and moonrockers) and while i was never able to see them in person, i watched them online nonstop. In the future i hope to work on and restore showbiz rockafire explosion shows, and work at Billy Bobs wonderland to maintain the animatronics. Billy bobs wonserland is the only place ive been able to see the bots, but they are a true work of art. If you see this, i just want you to know that youve inspired many, and your the reason i want to work with robotics and electronics as my career. I made some rock afire fan art too, i posted it on my community posts if you want to see it. Anyways, thanks for being my insparation and making my childhood awsome! (Btw i am a teen, not going to give a specific age, but this is a reused acnt that i got from my grandma.)
this is amazing juttas return

Its so cool, and it should be the new cars in the 80s
Love it
Hey I made a short fictional story about creative engineering, and one of the main characters is Aaron Fetcher. It was for a grade in English that also counted as my final exam and the teacher loved it.
I can’t believe it still works I thought it would have broken after the blast
Cool
WOW
Way to go Aaron👍🏻
Wonderful ❤

Hello Aaron I am your biggest fan and I really wanna meet or speak whit you i am 10 years old but still am amazed at your work when i was 5 so could you please respond i would be really happy to even see that your reading this
Impressive! The Jutta should’ve been a bigger hit. Also, how’s the move going?
I remember seeing this in the basement! Was that can of Pepsi still in here??? Haha
Still working Since 1981!
If you're looking For mate I'm here because making animatronics Is my dream No pay Love you AAron
Hi Mr, Arron I’ve had this question for a while now but I forgot about it and now just remembered.. I want to know what you think about the last rocka fire explosion in Barboursville, Virginia called Billy Bobs Wonderland?
Nice
I would of called it the Fectormobile
I’m surprise that car still works
Hey Aaron is the Jefferson building going to be sold or demolished?
what a jutta
Wow that’s just crazy and to think about everything that you’ve built is amazing. Also,I’m coming to Orlando in a couple weeks and I was wondering if I could help you guys move? Just let me know and I’ll make plans!
Wow
Unrelated but does Mitzi’s snout move up slightly when she sings?
You should make a full working show of the hard luck bears with all the characters such as Pete thornsberry, repeat thornsberry, billy bob, billy boi, billy wilber, billy bill, mama gran bag and gooney bird (sorry if I got any of that wrong)
Nice! Amazing that it still runs. Is it still street legal all these years later?

🥳
Can it still get 90 miles per gallon?
That's so cool! Will you be restoring some of the animatronic too like the moon rockers?
aarons on his way to midwest furfest
How does it work so well after 50 years?
Billy Bob thinks: *What a cool thing, i wish that it was mine...* Chuck E. Cheese thinks: *Hm, I wish my coyote variant was still somewhere! Freddy Fazbear thinks: *Well, they have those, we have a murderer*

Are you still working on the rock afire simulator because I’m still interested in it and I wanna know if it’s still going!
On 27th may is my birthday , my name is Alessandro, from italy.
Hey arron i was wondering if you could release a video of the rockafire singing the beatles white album.
Haha it’s nice to see it working, How is the museum going by the way?
hee hee aaron in car go brrrrr
are you planing to make tour of creative engineering possible again ?
Aron please upload again
How old is Mitzi mozzarella?
Hey Aaron how is Chris thrashes rock a fire explosion doing today?
Dude, how the hell did you build this thing, 90mpg is a reliability beast! (unless you're on the highway, you're screwed by an SUV)
You know what Aaron? I would buy a jutta, only if you made more. Like that would be so cool to own,I'm suprised it still even runs! Does it run on gas like normal cars? Also why is it small?
Are you still alive
I'm so happy to see this on the road again! Is it street legal? I think I remember you saying that the design still needed some changes and there was a particularly high wear part in the transmission; is that right?

Clarification: The Jutta was built 50 years go in 1973 when I graduated college at the age of 19. This newscast was made and broadcast in 1981 when I was 27, and the last time I ran the Jutta was 1982 when I was 28. After that and for 41 years, it was stored in my basement until now, at the age of 69 sexy years old.

Stolen by an employee as were many other things I used to have. They generally covered for each other, and a large percentage of even my most trusted, best cared for employees took what they wanted. That's just one more reason I never built the company back up in terms of employees hired.
