If your intention is to redistribute power then that appears to involve taking power from some to give to others for example parents to children This might beg further questions for example are parents able to function with less power and secondly are children sufficently mature to exercise that power in their best interests?

This video is awesome. Thank you for spelling these concepts out in an easy, user friendly method for me to understand. Every social worker should watch this video to help them understand the importance and moving parts of these concepts.
