According to an interview he did on a Seattle TV show, he said he completely mucked up all the rehearsals, but pulled it off on the night! I think that adds to all the smiles.

Definitely not watch videos on the phone/tablet. You know - simply doing what all people did, since eating in restaurants became a thing.

My parents have been Carlisle fans for a while and I always hear it in my household. No matter in the car on the way somewhere or playing on a speaker while we’re cleaning the house. I heard my mom play this song in the car and I became obsessed. It’s so great.

Every time I watch this, I can't help but tear up when I see the reaction of Brandi and the twins when Beni hits that chorus like the pro that he is. That "proud parent" look when Beni cuts loose is ..... EVERYTHING.

Hopefully he can wrestle free of the Cowell contract and find his own space artistically. He’s good enough. Apparently Cowell takes 85% of his acts earnings and then dumps them when they stop bringing in the money.

WOWWW!!! When they started harmonizing, I thought BRANDI took the top, but that was BENI!!! My GOD, not only is his voice out of this world, but he has a great ear AND his phrasing is AMAZING!!! And MUCH RESPECT TO BRANDI CARLILE for even sharing a stage with this incredible young man, bc a lot of pros HAVE TOO MUCH EGO TO DO IT!!! From what I've found of her online, not only is she an amazing singer/songwriter/performer, she's most importantly an amazing human being!!! I'm officially a HUGE FAN of BOTH BRANDI AND BENI!!!

It's so cool watching him getting lost in the singing/music and then during the pauses he hears the audience cheering for him and he realizes he's singing in front of ppl and gets all bashful and then he carries on singing, so cute Benicio 😍, don't let life make you jaded

I love KZread for how many times it has brought tears to my eyes over the last few years.

I´m 45, under lockdown, here in Argentina, and in the last 2 days I discovered this young talented kid, and I cannot stop listening him, and being emotional about him achieving his dreams. Amazing talent, and brandi so nice, letting him take all the attention. True stars do that!!!

Don’t who composed, arranged, and recorded this. Not to diminish the talent this young performer, but to get to karaoke on stage with Brandi is honor enough. There would be no park to knock it out of, we’re it not for the band. Don’t disrespect the years of work she and the twins have put in. If the kid gets attention, fine. Just remember he is standing on the shoulders of those that came before him. If you get your music from tv shows, use them to discover artists that are true originators. The shows themselves are not there to promote originality, they are the equivalent of music industry bloodsuckers. Take the money and screw the artist.

Brandi was so happy with his performance, she was blushing. I don't think I've ever seen an artist do that before.

I was there at this benefit concert for the school district. Concert was wonderful and Benicio from the middle school was fantastic. We all knew he would make a name for himself. Such a great memory.

The joy on her face seeing another artist slay like that, with her song is, sigh, everything.
