There is no need to be scared. If you are just read ayatul Kursi at night before you go to bed and an Angel will be sent down to protect you. Also the Azaan is another repellent as soon as they hear the azaan they run away. The more afraid your are of them the less scared they will be of you. Also a question for Merciful Servant: How do the magicians make contracts with the jinns to help them in their magical acts?

I've read somewhere that the magician has to do tasks for them, to me it seems like anything that would offend God/is opposite of what God wants us to do. On top of that the magician has to worship them, and if the Jinn likes it he grants favours to the magician. Seems the same way of evil work as black magicians from western cultures do when they want contact with demons.

Yes Allah is the greatest of the deceivers chapter 3 verse 54 which the bible that Allah supposedly also sent down said the greatest of the deceivers is Satan. He also says he is the greatest of the creators in sura 23 verse 14 and since only a creator can create life who in the Quran creates life besides Allah and Jesus who molded a bird from clay and breathed life into it. If there are only 2 creators than why didn't Allah just say he was a better creator than Jesus instead of the best of the creators which makes it sound like there are hundreds or creators. And if Allah said he created all living things from water in chapter 21 verse 30 then who were the creators of these jinn that are created from smokeless fire?? And finally if Shaytan is a jinn why did Allah kick him out of paradise when he only commanded the Angel's to prostrate to Adam??

Everytime the Athan calls my dog starts to howl like a wolf. I never understood why it does that until my teacher at school explained to me that dogs and donkeys can see the jinn. He told me that when jinn hear the Athan they run away and dogs see them.

I am a muslim. but I'll explain this in a more scientific way. Dogs hearing ability is very good. They can hear sounds from far away clearly. So when there is Athan, it is painful for the dogs, that is why they houl. See not every thing is is how you see it. If llah wanted to show Humans his power he would have done so by eliminating the source of evil (Lucifer) and there would be good everywhere Allah wants to test us bu sending messengers and stuff alike. But who am I to say what Allah would have done? surely Allah know's best. :)

However we should also not forget that Allah is there watching both them and us. We, including them should be fearing Allah, for no one deserves to be feared except Allah. The evil jinns only use our fear of them (if it exists) against ourselves.. they only get the chance to dominate more over us when we fear them.

+Jasmine Mattar fear none but Allah, he is the protector of hearts & minds, always be in zikr whenever ur in fear state, for Allah loves those who seek refuge in him.. that's d blind taqwa Muslims possess which is the ultimate trophy. if u read Surat un naas with translation, it seeks refuge from d jinns & doubts of people... may Allah protect us all from evil & its darkness, & keep all Muslims under d protection of righteousness..

Ibrahim 7 Perhaps you are not concentrating when making Wudhu and so you need to put your full intention into Allah and Allah alone - don't do it for anyone else and maybe then it will be easy. Allah knows best.

Reminds me of a nightmare I had not long ago. In my dream, my parents’ home setting was the same as were they, except for some reason my real life siblings didn’t exist and instead I had twin brothers and a baby sister. I was in a white room with no decorations. All white. There was a cabinet and I open it. There stood 3 very old stereos, piles open one another making the shape of a pyramid. I turn the top speaker on and the most horrible and every tune came on. A tune I’ve never heard before, yet it was so frightening I froze trying to turn it off. Suddenly, I hear one of my twin brothers scream. The other runs to me with our baby sister and tells me our dad is possessed by a demon and has killed our brother. We get away and hitchhike...then suddenly we could hear his ominous voice say with calmness and conviction, “ I will find you. I will find you, eventually.” Woke up so frightened and scary dreams usually never bother me.

My mother was just talking to me about this... she says yes, but most nice jinn will be believers and so not have any real reason to talk to humans. So if you meet a jinn and he seems nice it could be a bad one trying to trick you... So I duno, but just be cautious and don't go looking for trouble I think. And recite Qur'an, -- if they are bad jinn they wont like that. God bless!

Since the series is quoting sura Al-Jinn, I would like to share a thought that "could be of interest" that I have been researching; During the era of the prophet SAW, the general social awareness and scientific knowledge was not as it is today, in terms of understanding how could creatures fly and shape-shift into another being (so the term wings) was used. We also see illustrations of flying beings and aircrafts throughout history and artifacts. Furthermore, the Ayat in the Quran are in the sequence they are not by chance, Allah knows best. However in Aya : and we have created the Jinn and the Ins only for worship, SAllahA. Allah mentions that the Jinn were created before Ins, meaning they have developed and lived on earth and other planets because of their capacity and capabilities of "flying" before they were cast away to the mountains and the seas!!!! Which leads to this "finding": Sura Al-Jinn clearly mentions that

Hola. I am half azteca and there was always stories of the jinn and I was told they had colors and levels and is more deep. I can't discuss it to much but i am not in shock whatever is going on in the world because the jinn are here living threshold of human flesh and a fact is there are in more forms then the human can imaginar, there spieces was wipe out and man was honored as the jinn was cast back to the darkness As in the darkness there time has expired and they seek Vendetta against the human body and soul.

I think people see UFOs and they think they are aliens, but in fact they djinn. because Jinn was created before mankind and more advanced in knowledge. also they change shapes. They can come as humans or as animals.

If you think about it. Interesting how Allah said the jinn are unseen things. And one type they fly about in the air. Recently they discovered there are some bacteria that are high up in the atmosphere which obviously we cannot see, perhaps bacteria or microorganisms are a type of jinn. Subhannallah
