Harbaugh came in like Captain America and assembled his own Avengers coaching staff. The amount of coaching talent he has put together is amazing. Like most Bolt fans, I expect immediate results on field. Lots of success. Maybe not a SB this year or next yet but real progress toward building a winning tradition in this franchise.
