The Ed Sullivan Show was a television variety program that aired on CBS from 1948-1971. For 23 years it aired every Sunday night and played host to the world's greatest talents. The Ed Sullivan Show is well known for bringing rock n' roll music to the forefront of American culture through acts like Elvis Presley, The Beatles, and The Rolling Stones. The entertainers each week ranged from comedians like Joan Rivers and Rodney Dangerfield, to Broadway stars Julie Andrews and Richard Burton, to pop singers such as Bobby Darin and Petula Clark. It also frequently featured stars of Motown such as The Supremes, The Temptations, Stevie Wonder and The Jackson 5. The Ed Sullivan Show was one of the only places on American television where such a wide variety of popular culture was showcased and its legacy lives on to this day.

    @kiddlelover43 I have come to the conclusion that Michael was gifted beyond Gifted.... it's like he's on the autistic spectrum whereas no one can really explain how and why he was able to sing like he did at that such innocent time in his life.... so I've been puzzle and obsessed with finding out what was it exactly.... the songs that he sang when he was much older... definitely do not compare with his early life.... and you are right.... I felt he was kinda guilty because of the way he changed...but I decided to go back....and I am ashamed because these videos of him singing so young...has really blown my mind....they were trying to sell their children... for money..... Crystal Robertson.... oh.. I'm talking about the families who decided that they wanted to sue him...you know break him.....but we all know that..he was our michael jackson first....and I have the utmost respect for him because he let the world know that he was a Jackson 5 first.... I love that he was true to his brothers...and he let those reporter know that.. everytime they interviewed him..... and all of Micheal's brothers.... I have much mad respect to you all..... never have I've heard a negative comment come from you all as far as when asked about Michael... The Jackson's will go up in our history....as a Gift and treasure to us that will never, I mean never be able to duplicate.... y'all can keep right on trying to imitate.... that's exactly what you all will be doing.... imitating him... never again Will he/they be duplicated......and I know.... dropped the phone......

I still believe that Michael holds that unique talent in his voice. What do you think 🤔?

    Michael was, and in my opinion, still is the exact definition of what a child prodigy is.... BUT what made him even more rare and overwhelmingly amazing is the fact that it wasn’t just music and vocals that he was in his own league is that he was talented beyond anyone else in dance, creativeness and in every facet of entertainment! I’ve said it before and I’ll say it til I’m gone, even the worst Jackson brother was still better than any other star or entertainment! You can’t teach this type of mind blowing talent! At times it was so flawless and perfect it almost didn’t seem real... BUT IT VERY MUCH SO WAS!!! RIP MJ

  • @RepentOrPerishL133

    @RepentOrPerishL133

    Micheal said they would move furniture from the living room and dance and would have a songwriting competition while they washed the dishes… while they were cleaning.. Joe was a former boxer/musician who took on Three Jobs to take care of the family. It's the 50s and 60s with eight kids and black! They were just trying to survive. They probably weren't thinking that deep about it. The story is that their father found out Tito broke a string on his guitar they no one was supposed to touch. Joe made him play it to see what he could do with it sense he disobeyed him and was surprised how good he was. That's when he got the idea for a group (Tito, Jermaine, Jackie 1963). He added Micheal and Marlon three years later when he was 8. If he was trying to hide Micheal why add him to the group at all. He was 8! In the 60s groups were popular more than solo acts. Look at all the famous groups from that era. He was probably just following a format of the day. It probably wasn't that deep. People love looking for conspiracies and some dark agenda based off the media's narrative that Joe Jackson was just a devious monster. What you were thinking about when you did this or that?! Ahh nothing! I wasn't. It just happened.🤷🏾‍♂️

    I feel the world didn't do enough for this kid. We didn't help him enough when he needed. Horrible bullying journalists should have been put in their corners. He didn't deserve to be called wacko jacko...this kid worked since he was 5, he deserved more respect than what's been done to him. He was cute with his nose like a little button, and he was cute with all the other noses he put on. He was a beautiful black man, and he was beautiful with vitiligo too. He could have been mauve, yellow, blue or rainbow colored, talent poured out of him like water through a sift. He's a jungle of notes, an ancient spirit, and light must be scary to some cuz it makes you look at yourself, so we always foolishly hurt the best ones that bring about great change. Peace and love. Michael was all love.
