I was surprised that the Isleys came out with a song that sounded so much like Earth Wind & Fire's "Devotion". Lots of people bit off of EWF's sound, but unlike the others, the Isleys were on their level.

They had a sound & voices that is so recognizable. My older sisters were teens in the 80's & Isley Brothers were played all through my childhood.
