Its not ceratos bleed, its carnos health pool. My carno recently almost bled out to 4 subadult gallis.

I left my mic on to see how it felt, may or may not keep doing it. I didn't expect a good cerato to be that dangerous, the key to fighting carno seems to be to just not let it get any distance to think/charge, not sure why he let me live maybe he was also on low HP and couldn't risk it. Combat feels better because of the performance upgrade, this fight would have been ass with update 6 performance.

I've kept saiyng it even when the stress test was on and people never believed me, saiyng things like "Cera is trash" bc he can't fight carnos without even concidering weather these were good or bad ceras, once you guys see a good cerato, you'd see that he is more balanced than you think, cera is still new so obviously people need time to get comfortable with him and show that he is actually good, that Cera was good, keeps the pressure on not allowing you to charge him and even if u did, he still dodging the charge and keeps the charge bites going.

@@shaxo5364 The reason why people say Cera is bad is that it dies very quickly, but they probably don't know that if Cera has full charged bite, it can deal 300 damage (so 450 damage to head), so Cera can even face tank Carno if it gets only 1 to 1 hit (I know it depends on lot of things, but if Cera does good and dodges charges, it is 263 x 4 = 1052 for Carno, 450 x 4 = 1800 for Cera), and we didn't even consider starving the Carno after it's out of stam. Other reason is that hitboxes and desync can make the fight very bad, on laggy servers Carno has advantage because of the charge hitbox.

What I usually do is wait for charge bite ends. You were trying to run a bit slow and the cera will chase you will charge bite for sure so you wait until it’s ends to surprise cera with alt in its face. But for that you need to lear the exact timing of charge bite

something you could hav edone to win is run just a little bit frop your food turn around unexpectedly and just try to alt bite as much as you can it does a bit more damage

Yeah I used my stamina trying to run away at first because I didn't expect him to chase me and I had food so there wasn't a reason to fight, and it was my first time fighting a cerato that didn't just let me charge him to death.

Good fight but you didnt use your best ability and you couldve done some good damage to the cera.

This was my first time fighting a good cera so i did play like shit but charge is just really hard to land on good ceratos, and since i wasted my stam trying run away at first I couldn’t spam it during the fight.

I wouldn't say he's a bad cera, for it being legit the first week or so of the new update he was playing like the average current cera would, and that's pretty good. And yeah that was legit my first time fighting a cera, so I played poorly and I didnt think he would chase me and only started taking the fight serious after I lost a lot of stamina.

A bit of advice. You wasted quite a bit of stam. Be more careful next time. Good luck and nice video.

It's not that bad, I was just playing poorly. I did some 1v1s with friends later and cerato Vs carno is pretty much a 50/50. Carno vs teno/cerato is well balanced right now, it just sucks against utah and small tiers.

It was like that in legacy, and it makes sense. It shouldn’t automatically run at top speed. Carno is already at a good spot. It is pretty much the apex on land, as of now. I main carno, and actively hunt Ceras like I would would anything else. Minus adult Gators and Stegos. The Pacy nerf was uncalled for, though. They use to be a good counter to Carno, in two or more groups.

@@90skidcultist that makes absolutely no sense, pachies nerf doesnt even affect it that much and makes sense, me and groups of pachy have still bullied a carno post nerf regardless, but carnos speed was offset by its bad turn radius, now it has a bad turn radius and a shit acceleration speed even tho carno irl would have had the fastest acceleration in the isle with gali in second, carno was supposed to use drifting while turning in place of that turn radius requiring some level of skill now its just a boring slugfest with whoever you fight, its not about fighting ceras and tenos, its about having fun hunting them which is now annoying

This is a skill issue. Carno, Stego, groups of Utahs and Troodons, and Tenons still slap or match Ceras. When they are not around a body, and Stegosaurus and Gators still wouldn’t care. Also, you can like… *flee.* or just give the body up, if it won’t cause you to starve. They’re bullies, deal with it. Otherwise, they’re rather unremarkable in a normal and straight up fight.
