I don't believe every cheater will always be a cheater, but the way Zach talked about it, it makes me think he could still be. He said he "doesn't regret anything" and that he hopes to be with "someone he won't want to cheat on"... those are red flags. It just puts the blame on his partners for not being good enough partners for him to do what's morally right. I'm sorry but the girls were kind of right, even though they could have been less harsh about it. It's good that Ella apologised, but I hope she keeps her critical eye when it comes to cheating :)

I love the way Ty handled the situation. Definitely back your missus in public but check her in private. Mehdi should take notes.

They do not want to be seen as ODD because they fear they might be bullied and not fit into society well, they hate feeling isolated and judged. So they will try stay with the Herd. They have a lot of "Fear" element and will do anything to avoid being embarrassed, especially in public, that's their greatest weakness. If they receive criticism for being "different", they take things too personally and will feel guilty about themselves, instead of standing Tall and High and saying "I am Proud who I am. The problem is in you people." I've come across many British people who overreact like 80-90% of them. Also, British people care a lot what others think of them. Walk in London and you will notice how Men walk there. They walk like "models", in a straight-line, well calculated hand and leg movement, almost like a ROBOT. They don't walk or act in public FREELY . They always have to keep the image depending which part of London they are! If they are in the City of London the financial district they act like they are Very successful, very clever, very rich, very posh like their life is all sorted out. If you walk in Piccadilly circus or Soho...these same people act like they are Teenagers and very Cool , like party animals. Just stay true to who you ARE , people!

People in the UK fear a lot being judged, criticised or "embarrassed" in public. That's a weakness. If there is an argument in public Transport they will take the side of whoever appears to be "Winning" and more Eloquent. They won't go against the Bully, won't go against the Shouting person or against the Macho Big Man. It can be that they won't do anything to step up or dissolve the situation cause they FEAR.
