Aadar watching Matt d'Avella is a vibe. That guy is something else altogether. This podcast made me think more than it makes me forget stuff, as crazy as that is. You guys are amazing.

It is not, when you are in US and you see the notification at 2:30 am and you promised yourself that you’ll start sleeping at a proper hour😂 🤩 Also! Can’t believe you actually replied to my comment!!

The reason why v r not able to sleep early wake up early without any reason because....we have gone being process oriented to goal orientated life.

I got into the habit of taking power naps in 10th grade. Mom would make me do it in between study sessions. I realise now that my life was much better when she was in charge of my life. 🙃

I've met Varun twice at the 24 hour medical near Lokhandwala at 2 am buying ice cream and epigamia yogurt when he was high af 😂😂

Been a smoker for 10 years, one fine day, 1st April 2010, woke up and decided to quit, it's been 10 years since then, haven't smoked one

As a student once decided to not check my phone, first thing in the morning. I got all dressed and ready to go to class at 9 am. I checked my phone and found a text informing that the class is canceled, received an hour ago. Huge face-palm moment.

The only bad habit I have is my addiction to re watching every episode of the TISS.

Mind follows path of least resistance, entropy, cult of productivity, mundaneness of success, etc, etc. Kautuk, you might want to consider becoming a "Life Coach" for the rich folks from Bandra and beyond. Serious.

Tuesdays are special because of you guys. Was feeling low the entire day, saved the video the moment it was dropped so that I can watch it in peace. Only thing I looked forward in the day was to watch this. ❤️

Smoking is for sure unhealthy. In Sweden, we have and use nicotine patch called 'Snus' which is put under the lips and is best alternate for cigarettes. It has its own issues but much lower than regular smoking. If you ever visit Scandinevia, try one!

After " Bawa is so old" we gonna get "Aadar is so healthy" 🦋😂😂😂

But in that story he apparently had dropped his then girlfriend to her house and while coming back,he took a 1hr detour to Ratan/Sagar chinese/Khursheed bhurjiwlaa and He SHAT HIS INTESTINES and 4 DAYS STRAIGHT IN THE HOSPITAL.

Was supposed to go for a jog, Started watching The episode, reached the part where Varun talks about how easy it is to convince yourself not going to the gym. I paused the video. Went for the jog, did my third fastest 5k, came back and completed the video. You guys are the friends I needed.

YES! Addiction is never good, it causes more addiction. Bad habits become regular habits, so please get out of it. Just be addicted to one thing: patriotism and nationalism. As Modiji(who works 16 hrs a day for Bharats benefit) says: work hard and become self sufficient!
