This time on the show😀 - Of course, I'm no longer in the mood to do anything on this road, after that accident 😀 But the final works have to be done. So we fill the swampy place and a few more jobs and that's it. The road base is ready.

🔸The road is intended for logging and forest management
🔸The length of the road is 1.5 km.
🔸The width of the road is from 4.5m to 7m in the widest parts of the road
🔸Road materials - soil, sand 30cm and gravel 20cm
🔸Location - Latvia

Very interesting videos! I have watched lots of your videos. I have often thought why don’t in Europe the excavators have a hydraulic thumb. I think it would help a lot if you want to grab a stump, a stone and even something like peat. Well, you don’t seem to have stones but at least stumps and peat. In Europe the excavators often seem to have a tilt-rotator when in the USA they regularly have a hydraulic thumb even in small excavators.

Hello. Yes, there is such a difference between European and American excavators. We use a special stump rake for pulling stumps. You can see it in one of my older videos.
Good to see that you left some clay dirt for the base of your ditches so the ditches will not erode.
