If I were him, I'd take UPS to court for loss of the engine, lying about losing it, then get them on fraud for selling HIS engine to someone else... Then add on loss revenue for all the days of potential video uploads during the entire mess. Then more for denying the insurance claim for lost goods in the first place!

I bought a set of aluminum luggage boxes off Amazon for my motorcycle and UPS lost them when they arrived at the local UPS garage. I went to the garage and waited two hours while everyone searched for them, but they had gone like a fart in the wind. A friend of many years ago had just started a business and ordered a load of stuff from a US company. Cost was not insignificant, it was shipped in two parts by UPS and the Customs documents showed both arrived here in the UK. But only one was delivered by UPS, who denied all knowledge of the missing one despite the paperwork. Ended up taking them to Small Claims where UPS arrived mob-handed. My friend won the case and on all future orders specified no UPS shipping.

Just by the judges statement, I can tell how good they were. Sometimes it’s what someone doesn’t do that reveals something. I’ve only had to sue once for an insurance company who denied an obvious claim with a cop as a witness. It left a lasting impression of companies motives and ethics. They opened up the sealed box and repacked it in a much weaker box with everything loosely in there. Also they opened my PC and tried to pull out the graphics card I know this because external screws were on the inside and my motherboard was damaged in a way that would make no sense unless it was opened. He never stops learning new things. He's passionate about cars so he's dedicated to learning all he can about how they fit together and work etc. Still one of my favorite car youtubers. He doesn't just send his car off for 6 months at a time to have someone else build it, unless it's required. He got tired of excuses on why shit wasn't done so he learned to do it himself and made friends that could work on the car in house. That's my big thing with cars. I don't feel I can call a car my own if everything done to it was done by someone else. If my own blood sweat and tears don't go into building my car, it's not mine.
