Also have you noticed that they have changed the way they deal with mutant fugitives. With Rebbeca they were laid back which paved way for her to kill. But now they know what their dealing with and aren’t taking any risks like we just saw. Cmon inner circle!!!!!!

Blink could open up a portal around the teleporter girl so teleporter girl is in the middle of the portal, then blink can close the portal causing teleporter girl to be cut in half.

@@creepycat5162 blink can't do that she can only create a portal on open space not an occupied one same with the new girl I guess her power is not really direct teleporting she sucks the chair with that wormhole enerygy thing and teleports it into an open space but I guess she can teleport a flying knife into someone as near as a centimeter but not inside their bodies

I don't know why but I always burst out laughing every time Reeva uses her powers.

If Lauren have the ability of molecular manipulation, she can create a shield that can actually block sound waves right? Which means she can actually counter Reeva?

Happy Lisa Then maybe she wouldn’t hear it ? In fact for as long as we don’t know the full extent of Lauren’s powers, it’s hard to tell. Her shields never had to block soundwaves so we don’t know if they can do so.

Maybe, but in some BTS notes, the characters themselves can’t actually hear the note. That’s just a sound effect for us. So her vocal chord produces a sound so high that no one can hear it, but still effects the brain. Her voice is kinda like a dog whistle for humans.

Talking about that: Lauren once used her powers to help Caitlin in surgery: she made a tiny barrier to stop inner bleeding. So, what interrupts her to create such one in Reeva's mouth to shut her up before she starts opera? xD

The new mutants powers are the dark opposites of markos, clarice and laurens powers, i feel theyll have a showdown soon.

They already did that in Last Stand. Also a large group of probably mentally unstable mutants would be harder or impossible to control. Reeva, Polaris and the Triplet Clones are very powerful alone and all they really needed to do was mind control Lauren and Andy to fulfill their plan. They managed to destroy a huge building and if Polaris wouldve stayed committed to the villains side they definitely would have easily won.

I love Reeva!!!!

I'm gonna guess their powers are the ability to generate and control heat i guess you could just call this ability pyrokinesis. the ability to teleport objects probably people aswell. the ability to generate shockwaves.

Actually, the first guy's ability is more along the lines of molecular acceleration, in which he accelerates the movement of the molecules to the point where an object melts, combusts, or explodes. Notice how the chair vibrated.

I love how Reeva taught them a lesson :-)

Love how Reeva shows them who's in charge.

You can really tell the difference between Esme, Pheobe and Sophie in this because of their voices. Skylar Samuels is rly talented

​@Anime Fanboy if they brought her in, that would confirm that The Gifted is set in the Fox universe which is soon to end so there's no point. It's better that it's left ambiguous so if The Gifted gets a season 3, they can have it be a part of the MCU.

Rebecca then proceeded to attempt to kill Reeva and the rest of the Inner circle members until Andy critically injured her. Reeva likes to be in power and control. Rogue members that doesn't follow orders will disrupt her plans.

They need to make mutant underground to have more members , i had enough to see inner circle keep getting stronger ( it makes marcos , blink , lauren, thunderbird lives under siege surrounded by extreme mutant haters and inner circle)

everyone who thinks the inner circle is good, i think this clip is proof that they r not. reeva's more interested in being in power, n my opinion. the way they treated rebeccah, was a clue 4 me about what reeva was really like. she didn't lock up rebeccah, bcuz she was a threat to all of society, reeva just couldn't control rebeccah as the weapon she intended her as, and therefore she was done with her. if u think I'm wrong, id like to point out that she literally just told her new recruits that she wanted all control & if they didn't join/comply with her she'd put them back n collars.

thank u, i can't help but find her whole storyline in this show is pretty parallel with that of hitler's life and descent into power. only unlike the jews that hitler scapegoated as the cause 4 germany's problems, humans r in fact the primary fault 4 the treatment of mutants. which means reeva could possibly do more damage. & can i just say that considering magneto was a jew sent to a concentration camp, i feel he wouldn't actually like reeva or work with her.

yes, and every mutant she chooses 2 "employ" she does it with a policy of do it with me, how i want it, or i end you basically. she's not choosing the above mutants simply bcuz there the best 4 the job, but bcuz she can manipulate & control them. i've dealt with people like her n my life trust me she's not a good person, she's power hungry. i'd also like 2 point out that hitler also claimed all that he was doing was for the good of Germany, and while he was convinced that what he was doing it for, doesn't change the reality. he was simply a power hungry monster, so is reeva, she just hasn't achieved the full blown monster part yet.

It's happening next episode reeva is going after Lauren to recruit her for the inner circle and it looks like Lorna is done with inner circle she cannot trust reeva anymore it seems like her plan is the complete eradication of all humans and that is not Lorna signed up for so now Lorna is having a change of heart and is realizing that she made a mistake I realized it when she was talking to Marcos telling him what reeva plans are and now from what it looks like it seems like she back with the underground but for now she will play along with reeva until she makes her move and leaves also I'm wondering if she will take Andy with her

If Lorna wants to quit the Inner Circle, is her business but if she really cares for mutants as much as her father cared and as much as she says that she cares, Lorna should go on her own to fight against the human oppressors in her own way but she shouldn't have gone back to the Mutant Underground, they have nothing to offer and while I loved the whole Eclaris reunion, it should have been Marcos the one to have a change of heart and gone away with Lorna to fight against humans, not the other way around, that just makes Polaris seem weak and she's not a weakling

+Trent BornReady Didn't Gambit have the power to make things explode when he charged his cards with his kinetic energy? This guy just heated the chair up but it was the fat black guy the one who actually made the chair explode. I think that the mutant who heated the chair up was more a Pyro's reference than Gambit's

Only lauren who gets more power , blink , thunderbird and lauren father remains the same not to mention lauren mother are only human ( no mutant power which means she is weak ) Plus the inner circle have dangerous frost sisters , and reeva can destabilize mutant power with her sonic scream, plus they seems to enjoy a live of luxury with those awesome facilities while their opponent live like a lower miidle class family

Reeva can emit a high note from her vocal cords that can : - scramble your brain (provoking the destabilization) - inflict pain to you - make you feel like dying - make you hallucinate - turn off your powers / turn them against you + People speaking about shooting her or throwing something at her while she screams are actually funny. The thing is, if you’re affected by her attack well... you can’t think.

baby Jesus None of them are in the comic. Only Polaris, Thunderbird and Blink. Fenris were quite different. Reeva is not in the comics.

I am curious to know where did you learn that these new recruited soldiers are mass-murderers, the guy with the ability to heat things up is someone who (at least in my eyes) shouldn't be trusted, he's too "charming" and "nice" to be trusted and he seems to hide something but the other two mutants don't seem like dangerous murderers. That's why I ask you where did you get that information from, it would be nice to know.

I'm just curious about it, don't think that I'm attacking you or something, is just that I have been watching the show since the first season and I have not missed any episode, that's why I ask you if in the Gifted wiki there's an article talking about this, if the producers, writers or someone related to the show has said something about it because I don't recall ever seeing these new characters in any past episode of the show. I will look for more information but if Lorna rebelled against Reeva, I don't think that she did it because she doesn't believe anymore in fighting for mutant freedom but because she doesn't feel at ease anymore with Reeva as a leader and quite honestly, Lorna had some problems trusting Reeva sometimes, she questioned many of her orders before and I think that after the whole Rebecca fiasco in Creed Financial, Lorna just doesn't feel anymore like following Reeva's orders

@@95maferisturiz It hasn't been shown yet, though it might in a flashback later. Point is, Lorna knew it, Marcos knew it, and Reeva knew it. When Lorna asked them about it, they acted as if it was something to be proud of. Right now it looks like Reeva's gone full Magneto 'kill all humans' mode.

Polaris and Reeva are gonna end up going at it. I can't wait for that. For Polaris to finally show the mutants that she's the most powerful.

Can someone explain the 3rd person powers cause it seems like they both make stuff explode

The first guy’s power looks like making stuff burn from the inside, like boiling matter. The second guy makes it explode... I think ?

I'm starting think he has the power to create shock waves because of the way the explosion didn't go near them

if none mutants give birth to new mutants. then get humans flawed plan. mutants give birth more humans right? or earlier shows time line didn't know that make more mutants going be problem.

It’s a possibility (if they aren’t killed in the next episodes in the operations). By betraying Reeva, they might also just die haha.

I find reevas power tacky I know she’s powerful but meh. Hahaha

i think erg would of been able to kill reva its a shame reed died, when erg could of just adopted her power , used it against her and boom shes dead

I don’t think Erg can redirect sounds because Reeva isn’t hitting anyone when she uses her powers she’s just scrambling the brain so that you can’t use them

To be honest, Reeva isn’t all that intimidating. Yes she has a nice presence and all but her powers are pretty weak when compared to what other mutants out there can do. But whatever...

And I can list off a couple of mutants in this series and outside the series that can handle her. Plus, since her abilities are sound based, they aren’t ranked that high on the charts of being “powerful”. I’m surprised they haven’t exploit her weakness with pulmonary agents lol...

the acting is so bad. so much potential lost due to it.

Honestly , the only thing I hate about this show is the special effects they gave reeva when she uses her powers , I think it’s really cheesy and cringe

So they just copied and pasted Marcos Clarice and John and made the powers a little different. Ok
