I was in it for the camaraderie and friendships. Regretted some things, benefitted and grew from a lot. I have never pledged my heart or soul to anything or anyone with an intent on evil. You sound dumb even in African spirituality it is forbidden to pledge to any organization. And why would you pledge and they make you do regretful things? Why would you have to change the "true you" to conform to fit in with them. And keep it real. It was prideful, something you did to fit in and be part of the pact . You wear those colors proudly but you dont die with them colors. They make you do ritualistic things and chants dating back centuries. You would love it because you love the worldly things.
